This is absolutely the best gluten free pizza dough around and they just announced they are discontinuing selling to the public to focus on commercial sales only. But yourself some product before they stop selling to the public in January! And send them a note to change their mind!

Best pizza dough/crust try the cauliflower it is now my absolute favorite. I now make my own pizza with that crust and I never go out for pizza anywhere! Love

The flatbread is so delicious! We ordered it at Biaggi's in Fort Wayne, Indiana... dipped in olive oil and Parmesan, of course. Yum!

The restaurant where I work just started selling small pizzas on Venice Bakery's crust. My daughter has celiac and hasn't had an actual tasty pizza since diagnosed a year ago. I tried a pizza on this crust and can't believe how delicious it is. The taste and texture is amazing. I will be ordering some crust from their online store. I hope you can get this into many restaurants in CA!
