They lost my mobile order! I got very nervous, 'cos I had paid over $21 for our order on the app, Then they said they didn't have it.They finally found it. But then they said they were out of chocolate frontier. And it wasn't even 10 pm.Mr. S, was not happy that I brought him an orange cream Frosty instead of the chocolate he has ordered.The food was tasty overall, but the service was very poor.Parking: Plenty of free parking here. So much so that the last 3x I drove thru, they tried to get me to go and park in the parking lot to wait for my food! Lol. And there weren't even any cars behind me!

I think their daytime service is still competent, but the folks they have working 8 to close have screwed me 3 times and that’s enough for me to stop going, I don’t need this place in my life.Your food quality has dropped so much in the last 15 years, sizes are smaller and prices are insane, to top it off we are going to start paying the workers $20 an hour to have garbage attitudes and fail to perform at their jobs? It’s like we want the fast food model to die— corporate leeches demanding their franchise fees, franchisee leeches trying to scrape their margins, incompetent poorly managed employees with no concept of quality.The whole rebuttal of “oh it’s fast food, what did you expect?” is a cynical reminder of why quality continues to erode— customers have no respect for themselves. Fast food means lower quality ingredients, less frills, more limited options, and higher volumes. It has never meant disgruntled workers, greedy absentee owners, and repeated failure to deliver the quality advertised.

We entered for lunch and went to the kiosk to order. The item we wanted wasn't listed, so we tried to order from the counter. Guess what? There was no one to take our order. We waited. And waited. And when we were about to leave, someone finally arrived to take our order. We informed the cashier that the item we desired was not listed on the kiosk. She told us it was not there because it wasn't loaded into the system. The restaurant was clean. The food was good. However, the service was severely lacking. We have been coming here for years. Today was simply the worst experience.

Uber driver here. Woman kept insisting they didn't have an order under the name I requested. Then she was starting to get an attitude saying "look we don't have..." then stopped and told me to pull up, only to keep me waiting on "fries". I'm pretty sure they just didn't notice the order. They should pay attention to those and not try to get an attitude with delivery pick up. We are directed to that location for a reason.
Fresh hot food. Nice customer service. Stumbled across this Wendy's. This seems to be a new Wendy's location. Very clean and roomy. Fast service as well.

Rating: 3.5 Was in the area and hungry... Nice Wendy's --HUGE AND definitely new with a modern look. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I placed my order at 4:40pm -- NO EXAGGERATIONS this is all on camera -- before I could walk away my name was called at the pickup counter!? Tell me there's not something wrong with that??? I walked over in a total state of SHOCK and I said... "wow that was lightening speed fast... is it even fresh!?" (Which there was no way it was freshly cooked) The manager tells me, "Of course it's fresh. Everything is fresh here at Wendy's" and smiles BIG --like she had been practicing that in the mirror. One thing about me... I DO NOT LIKE LIARS. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't freshly made. ORDER: #6 Spicy Chicken Sandwich, fries and drink. SUGGESTIONS: PLEASE don't lie to the customer with a smile. It's not a good look. PLEASE clean by the fountain machines and sweep the floors --this place is too nice for it to look less. There were enough employees for it NOT to look in disarray.

I don't know why but almost every Wendy's I go to is usually empty or close to empty. This one is no exception. If you don't know, Wendy's is a fast food chain. They have a standard they all should follow. This place is located near some businesses but mostly residential area so I'd thought there'd be more people. Guess not.Regardless, there's parking. The building is nicely modern designed. There's nice seating areas where people can actually lounge around. Oddly the entrance has a lot of open space. A table or two could've been placed there but again, not much business so probably not needed.I've always like Wendy's. Like everyone else, the price's have gone up. The burgers has always been okay but I like that they have other things like bake potatoes. They use to have chili but I don't see that on the menu anymore.For this particular Wendy's, I'd would lounge around here. Use it to work if they have Wi-Fi (which I don't know if they do). Or just there with a book and coffee.
