Hidden Wetzel Pretzel. This inside the Del Amo mall. Near Marshall's and Burlington. I've bought them about three times now and every time I've had them they're soft and warm. They might be a little costly, but the amount is good enough for like 2 people.

Been eating at this Wetzel Pretzel for years, since I was a kid funny enough, they used to be so good with service and have everything on the menu. I wanted the new Mango Boba Frozen Lemonade and the cashier said she didn't have it or any other lemonades when in fact someone before me in like got one. Hmmmm not sure what that was about but it seems to always been rude service and they close like an hour earlier than what is advertised. I knew I should've went to the other location across the street. Cinnabon would've been a better option too as they're right next door and are always nice to me.

I took my grandson's to get the special bag of pretzel bite's and drink we got two regular bites and one pepperoni the we're stale and cold and charged me $46.00 dollar's I asked what was the total?she replied 46.73 I paid and realized I was been over charge??so I asked for a almond pretzel and she charged me $5.79??? And she nevertheless got a received.at the del amo shopping center across the theater

Rude customer service didn't even greet I said hello and she just rolled her eyes asked if they were any cin-a-bitz and rolled her eyes and said no we don't I asked if they were going to make any soon and said yeah they are in the oven now and I said well can i get them and I'll wait for them and she got so upset and said so are you going to get them or what... rude!!!

Free original pretzel after 3 pm on National Pretzel Day! What an awesome perk. I parked outside Burlington Coat Factory at Del Amo Mall, and the shop was right after you walk into the mall doors on the ground level. Fast and friendly service, and hot and fresh pretzel packaged nicely in a wax paper bag with plenty of napkins. It smelled heavenly and tasted yummy with buttery goodness and a nice sprinkle of salt.
