Will never come to this Der Wienerschnitzel again. Waited until they opened up(10:00) and told me that their fryers were not operating and would have to wait until they're operational which took 20 minutes which I had to wait an half an hour!

I love Wienerschnitzel , & My kids loveee it as well ! However, I really , really hate that when I get home , I'm missing food from my order, that I was craving and of ofcourse payed for. I don't have a location nearby unfortunately, so I have to drive about 15 min to the nearest one. & I give them the benefit of the doubt, in this case, I didn't check my order. When I get home, sure enough, some of my food was missing. So frustrating! But, I guess it was my fault for trusting that they would get my order correct. Not even worth driving back at this point.

Couple chili cheese dogs, couple hot dogs and some fries had the weekend going great. Tried to get some ketchup packets and it was as if they poured syrup all over the packets. Food came out quick and der-licious for sure. Bathroom was closed and that was a bummer as we were on a road trip.

Decent food, but staff refused to unlock the bathrooms. They claimed there must have been someone in them. But after an hour they were still locked and in reality there was never anyone in them. Had to go to the restaurant across the parking lot to use the bathroom. Big heath code violation.

I was told that I couldn't do two separate orders in a car, okay whatever. There was nobody behind me for like a good 5 minutes. You want to make me go around the corner and come back and order when you could have just took the order. Not to mention the Polish dogs were horrible. You charge me $5 and some change for a Polish dog that was discolored like it sat in hot dog water the WHOLE day. No thank you. I'll go back Downey's. The killer part is I waited ALL day for this meal. First meal of the day at like 8pm. I refused to get anything other than a chili polish dog. Passed up all sort of places. And the food was trash. I gave it to my dog. ?never again. But the wild berry lemonade was ??
PLEASE ONLY PAY CASH AT THIS LOCATION. I went to this location on 5/03/24 and the next day, my debit was getting charged from Mexico. I called my bank they said someone had to make a copy of your debit card. Thank God my bank gave me my money back but I had to get a new debit card. The charges happened after I came to this location. They took $107.52 on Uber charges in Mexico. Again, if you go to this location PAY ONLY CASH.

I was in the drive-thru at midnight, I got my food quickly and the worker was so polite and quick, I asked her what was her name because she gave really good customer service. Her name is Valerie, I hope you guys are taking good care of her because she has leadership skills that is going to take her very far.

Came in ti get lunch at 10 07 am and the lady came from the back and said we're not open yet I said it's 10 07 and the door was opened which she also doubled checked if you know you open and 10 you should come to work earlier to prep and have everything
