This location doesn't answer their phone, so now I'm out $15 for food I didn't even get to eat. After working 20 years of customer service it's just not acceptable to me for a company to have literally no way for a customer to contact them for order changes or cancellations- not via email, and apparently not via phone either. Yes, I made the mistake of selecting the wrong store, but with service like this, that's the last $15 they'll be seeing from my household, which means I'm going to need to find someone else to order from for parties and catering in the future. At least it was only $15. I could've lost a lot more I guess.

I'm here at your location and walk in only to be told that the Cashier isn't here to take our order.
So we would have to wait for him to show up.
So weve been waiting just to order because the 2 older men here only know how to make the orders and not how to ring up any customer transactions.

This is so unprofessional, where is the Store manager on a Tuesday morning at 10:37 am?
And why aren't these employees "CROSS TRAINED"?

Having to wait for this location to get it together this morning is absolutely ridiculous. And is so unprofitable no apologies no compensation no nothing just unprofessional people who don't know how to run a business.

What a joke!

Closes at 11 pm, arrived at 930 to eat and all the chairs were on top of the tables. Couldn’t dine in anymore. I asked to use the restroom to wash my hands and the lady was freaking rude saying I have stuff all over the restroom because I cleaned it and it’s closed, mind you it’s 940 pm at this point. Eff this place, never coming back to this Wingstop. I’d rather drive further out since it’s obvious they don’t want business here.

Love the food and their deals.i just bought over sixty dollars of food online. I had yo ask the cashier for a receipt to check my order. My order was wrong so I informed them that I had not ordered garlic parmesen boneless wings. They told me that they couldn't correct my order because they only change it when you order to dine in. Since you ordered online we can't change it and the employee walked away. I told him no one was going to eat them and he ignored me.

Besides getting my order wrong, not too bad cuse really, every flavor is good. The only wingstop I've ever been to with the bullet proof wall & door to pass your food. That's how you know you really in a bad spot.

Well "Wing Day 2024" has come and gone. Here's a quick rundown of my experience at this Wingstop location.

Corporate/Franchisee: I am happy they didn't run out of wings (like that Popeyes in Rochester, NY) because those online orders came coming all day long. However it appears that the local franchisee is notorious for understaffing this location. On this night there were only 2 cooks and one on register duty. Other reviews have said that even on weekends there is only one cook on shift. They should have had 3 cooks on shift during National Wing Day.

Employees: Big, huge, and well deserved shoutout to Judith and the rest of the staff at this location. They were clearly overwhelmed with the sheer amount of orders but they maintained their composure. Judith remained professional and greeted all customers alerting them that the wait times are averaging 2 hours! The staff did their best and accommodated all the waiting customers and made things fun while we waited.

Summary: I placed my order around 8:30 and showed up to the location after 50 mins as prompted by the email confirmation. Even though I ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for my order the staff was kind and friendly to all the customers. Again huge props to the workers on that night that made sure nobody left hungry and everyone got their orders. My wait time was a result of understaffing from ownership/management, and not a reflection of the staff competency.

We enter the restaurant to order and the female employee states they are not taking in person or phone orders. Only online orders. I order online for pick up but are in the restaurant. As I am waiting on my order we ask if we may have our 5 drinks. We get them. We get our food and begin eating. It is around 10:20pm. The restaurant closes at 11pm. At 10:20pm the female employee begins to close all the blinds in the restaurant. I ask to use 1 of the 2 restrooms and she states they are being cleaned at this time. Everything we asked for seemed like an inconvenience to her. At 10:38 pm she begins to take off take tge part of the soda machine that keeps it from working. We are still eating at the time and had 5 drinks on our table. There are still over 20 minutes left before the restaurant actually closes. We ask her to please place the part back into the machine so we can get a refill. We also mentioned that the restaurant is not closed yet and she shouldn’t turn off the machine while we are still eating. As she turned the machine back on she replied rudely saying, “you shouldn’t even be able to get soda since you didn’t even buy those drinks here!” We bought 5 drinks totaling to over $20 dollars and she’s going to try to insult us? We tried explaining to her that we did buy our drinks but she walked away and hid in the back while another male employee apologized. Worst part about it was we had a family member from out the country who was craving wings. We were insulted and disrespected. The service just ruined the whole experience.

Fries were soggy, no seasoning !!Ordered a 20 piece . And they placed all the wings in one container ruining the other wing flavors. I dont Understand why not separate them . 1 star on food service

Nothing against this location in general, although I was here today. I was reminded why I don't get Wingstop in general. The food in general just sucks. Chicken wings and french fries? Chicken sandwiches with just pickles and bread? Idk man ..not for me.

It’s clear this establishment is cutting corners on food cost and keeping food past its shelf life. Disgusting! Is it worth making someone sick? Risking people’s health. Beware when visiting this location. I took food back and since I paid via tap all they could offer me was a gift card. Buyer beware when spending your hard earned money here.
