Something is defrosting wrong with the clam chowder!!! I eat yoshi few times every week and the chowder has change. Not only at 1 locations but all the others. I’ve tried at other locations just to avoid the bad clam chowder. Buy they are all the same. Bland thick and floury. The chowder is what makes your restaurant. If you ruin it, there may not be turning back. Btw the beef is super chewy as of late also.

Hello, I ordered a clam chowder at Pomona location. When I got home and opened the container right away I noticed something was off texture was to thick and tasted like flour! I called the manager at Pomona location I was told they could not do anything about it because it's already pre-made and it use to be made in house! I've been eating clam chowder from Yoshinoya since early 1998, please fix this ! I do not want Yoshinoya to close because it brings back good memories with my family.

My concern is about an app-order. I ordered for lunch to an Yoshinoya in Culver City but somehow the Yoshinoya on Olympic & Alameda turns out to be the "default" store on the app and the order was automatically sent to that Yoshinoya. At that point I didn't have time to rush there. In spite of my repeated request to cancel the order and return my money back, I'm waiting, waiting, and waiting to hear from any of them.

The food is good but the rice's is poorly made. And for a japanese restaurant that should be numer one. I go to rosecans & prairie i stop going the rice take away from the food it's so bad!.

Yoshinoya means rude customer service. The company needs customer service training. Learn from Chick-fil-A or In and Out. Table was dirty. Restroom had a terrible smell. My wife would not use it. Outside had trash that needed to be picked up. Wow I can not believe Management does not see that. Staff was RUDE. no customer service. Staff just standing around and doing little. It's Waba grill or Ono for me.
