Jack in the Box

Very rude lady Celia, who works to drive-through. I asked if they could put whipped cream on the coffee. It’s never been a problem before and then when I went to pay, I asked her if she was able to put whipped cream on there. She’s saying well, we don’t do that only for shakes. I’ve always gotten whip cream with my iced coffee at this location or Oceanside. It’s never been a problem. Very rude disrespectful I just call it plain laziness. The service at this location is just terrible. Definitely I rated them one star for their service.

I went through the drive before 12 and they said they were closed. There were alot of cars trying to order and they close early because of lazy workers

This place is absolutely horrible !!!! Went through the drive-through and the lady told me to smile. I thought that was very rude considering I was perfectly fine. I don’t know what her problem is and I don’t need to smile if I don’t want to smile I just wanna get my food and go I thought that is not a appropriate thing to be telling people what to do. This should be reported to corporate and will be. … I don’t think that somebody that is a manager that is working. The drive-through should be telling somebody to smile or how to act.

Went to Jack In The Box this morning for breakfast. Ordered 2 Supreme Croissant sandwiches and 1 hash browns - to go. The croissants were stale and hard. The hash browns were cold. If this had been my first experience with Jack In The Box, it would have been my last. At this point, not sure when or even if we will return. On a scale of 1 to 10, this food quality was a 1.

I went at 12:40am and they don't want sell it anymore and the closing time it's 1am if you don't want a sell just change your schedule don't make costumes loose there time and it's not the first time it happens before

I ordered two 3 piece tenders.. so why did both boxes only have 2 tenders, with the remainder of the box filled with fries? lol unbelievable.

Quick, clean, in and out of the drive through within 15 minutes.
