I ordered two 3 piece tenders.. so why did both boxes only have 2 tenders, with the remainder of the box filled with fries? lol unbelievable.

Food is what it is, but the cleanliness of the restaurant and outside area is what I liked about this particular Jack in the box. Also they don’t have too many workers from what I saw but they still had polite service

Tried their highly touted smashed burger. It was a great disappointment. It had so much salt, it impeded and subdued the taste of the burger. Jack in the Slop is a subpar fast food chain.

Worst management I've encountered. I've had to file one complaint with the BBB already and soon to be another. 3 times I have placed an order, the order had been listed as "completed" but they have either been "closed" or the "system is down". Once or twice I can forgive, but three times with the same store ordering during business hours is too much for me. Absolutely not worth it. Go to the other locations instead. Skip this one. 0/10 would not recommend.

Originally gave this location a searing 1 star review.After some time, I've come back a few times and they've improved a ton. The customer service still feels a bit rushed usually but the food is mostly fresh now and they seem to care about your order again.
