Yamame is a beloved restaurant known for its extremely fresh food and amazingly friendly staff. The yaki soba and rolls are amazing, with the omakase menu being a favorite among customers. The presentation and quality of the omakase are impressive, especially the salmon belly and black cod sushi. The nigiri is some of the best, with the fish melting in your mouth. While there was a small mistake with the chef's choice cut roll in the omakase box, the service was accommodating and prompt. The restaurant is located in a small, reserved spot next to the lake, making it a delightful dining experience.
