Something Special Catering

We hosted a luncheon for our staff & they loved the Something Special Catering! We loved the food & the experience Taylor & Ty provided! We loved it so much we decided to have them cater our Christmas Party coming up in December! Will post photos once we have the party :)

Great Job! I would recommend them to anyone considering a event, the food was delicious.

I've used Something Special Catering twice and have only wonderful things to say about their service, food and presentation. The first time we used them for a sit down dinner for 25 people where they stayed and served our meals. Everything was cooked to perfection! The other time I had made a huge mistake on the date of my event an even though they were booked for most of that day they managed to drop the food off as I had hoped and did a beautiful job of displaying it.

We had an event at our community and it was a complete success! Everyone loved the food, service and presentation.
I was in charge of finding a catering company that will make it easy to have a great meal with a very nice atmosphere. I was very glad when I found Something Special catering. Tyler and Ty are very professional, very helpful and will work with you every step of the way. They were willing to guide us with the menu and even add dessert at the last minute! The food was great every one of our guests enjoyed it! We hope to see you again soon!

I recently hired Something Special Catering for my baby shower, and they truly lived up to their name! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. They created the most beautiful grazing table and a delicious pasta bar that our guests couldn’t stop raving about. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed.

Taylor and Ty were not only professional but incredibly warm and attentive throughout the event. They made sure everything ran smoothly, served our guests with such kindness, and even took the time to carefully pack up all the leftovers for us — which we definitely enjoyed the next day!

If you’re looking for caterers who bring both flavor and heart to your event, I can’t recommend Something Special Catering enough. They truly made our celebration even more memorable.

We used Something special catering for a baby shower , with tea sandwiches , croissant sandwiches, salads and the most wonderful carrot cake bars . They had nice platters you serve with nice utensils, and everyone raved about the food . It was first class catering at its best , and The owners were really easy to work with .

We used Something Special Catering for our wedding at dove canyon courtyard and everything was amazing, the food, the appetizers, the dessert, the service was unmatched!! Everyone was talking about how delicious everything was!! Taylor and Tyler were a pleasure to work with and always answered all my silly questions as I’ve never catered an event before. I live out of state, but was in Orange County for my daughters baby shower in September 2024. Taylor and Ty were SOOOOO easy to work with! I had to do everything via email and phone, and they were wonderful. The baby shower was beautiful. And the food, I must say, was top notch. We ordered MANY different items, and everyone loved the food. Their presentation was also great, even incorporating some of our own decor items for the forest theme. Highly recommended from start to cleanup. Thanks guys!

Something Special Catering was excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone having a large or small event. They catered my daughter's Bridal shower. We had a waffle bar and Hawaiian roll egg and ham sandwiches. Both were incredible. I got lots of compliments on the food. Taylor and Ty were easy to work with and nailed how much I needed. Their whole staff was professional, helpful and fun to be with. They boxed all the left overs for me and cleaned up. I was so blessed to have them at the bridal shower. I didn't need to do anything.

Taylor and Ty have catered multiple events for us; they are always professional and courteous. They incorporate personal touches and present the food beautifully. Every meal is mouth-watering and delicious; and they will incorporate diet restrictions (dairy-free, gluten-free) to give delectable options. Something Special Catering is top notch!

Have used them for several catering events and they are truly "something special". Five stars in all categories... from menu options to customer service, they do not disappoint. And did I mention the DESSERTS? My favorite is the White Chocolate & Berry Bread Pudding, yummy!!! Highly Recommend Something Special.

We ordered their tea sandwiches, artichoke bites, and fruit tarts! My favorite were the tea sandwiches as there are many choices to choose from! You can borrow their food displays and they come to set everything up for you! Thanks Taylor and team! Highly recommend them for your next event!

I would highly recommend this company, and I already have. I contacted them via email, and they responded swiftly the same day by phone. I effortlessly placed my order and even got advice on changing up some of the items which was a smart move for my party. I got the chicken and steak skewers with an assortment of sauces. They were a big hit at my event. They were cooked perfectly! This company has a high quality of professionalism and I can't wait to work with them in the near future. Thank you Taylor and Ty!!!!!

This two man team is fantastic! They work with minimum hassle and go out of their way to make events happen. Stress free. Everyone always enjoys their excellent and flavorful food, and it makes that part of the event the least of my worries. Flexible on many fronts, and reasonably priced. Recommend, recommend, recommend!

We worked with Something Special catering for our housewarming party last month and everyone was absolutely perfect -- from appetizers, to the pasta bar, and dessert trays!
