came through at 9:38 pm , closing is 10 pm they refused to serve us milkshakes, cheese curds & chili cheese fries. then said they had turned all their machines off, & not cooking anything at this time. why are you guys turning off your machines if it's not even closing time??? so wrong and lazy horrible costumer service. hire people who want to work here, no one's who make sure they're out the store by 10 on the dot
Moldy stale buns for hotdogs. So gross. So wrong. Icky. Never again. Read most reviews, same quote from management. " sorry you had a bad experience, we will talk to our staff" It's like the cut an paste their comments back to disappointed customers. That same response back shows they really aren't concerned about their quality.

The food looked like it was just thrown on each other and tossed in the bag and tasted like old oil. I had missing items and went back in to get strong attitude from and employee saying I got my items and was assuming I was trying to get double. Had to speak to the manager and call customer service. I came in a good mood to leave angry. The missing items was freaking honey mustard and bbq sauce. Smh...
