Carl's Jr. offers a mixed experience for diners. Many reviews highlight the quality of the food, particularly the grilled chicken Santa Fe sandwich, chicken and bacon sandwich, breakfast burrito meal, and hearty burgers, which are described as huge and cooked fresh. Customers appreciate the flavor and freshness of meals like the waffle fries and breakfast options, making it a popular spot for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is noted for its cleanliness and friendly, fast service, especially at certain locations.
However, some customers express disappointment with the overall ambiance and maintenance of the restaurant. Issues such as cracked floors, dusty TVs, and a locked, unsanitary bathroom have been mentioned, leading to a negative perception of the environment. Additionally, a few diners felt the prices were too high for the offerings, and service delays were noted during peak times. Despite these criticisms, the quality of the food, particularly the burgers and fries, remains a strong point. Overall, Carl's Jr. is seen as a convenient fast-food stop with great food but needing improvements in cleanliness and customer experience.
