The Habit Burger Grill Reviews
We go to this Habit frequently, and it's usually good, however our last couple of visits were bad. During the first bad visit, they made us wait outside for our food and they were supposed to text us when it was ready. Finally, after waiting 15 minutes, we went in to check on our order and it was sitting there, but no one bothered to text us. We took our food home, opened it to eat it and found SOGGY bread. We threw half of it away.

The location is great, service is as well. My only complaint is that there is more bread than chicken on their chicken club sandwich…
This place is always great

Based on customer reviews, Habit Burger & Grill offers an awesome experience with always great food. The best Habit burger in the valley is the Santa Barbara Char, especially with added bacon. Other popular menu items include the Cobb Salad (hold the chicken, add more egg), the Veggie Burger with all the fixens’, Sweet Potato Fries, Onion Rings, Tempura Green Beans, and a Side Caesar. Everything is always tasty and prepared well. The vegetarian options are awesome, with an Impossible burger combination that tastes just like hamburger, though it is a little pricy. The service staff and manager try to make customers comfortable and help answer queries. The ambience is nice for a family lunch or dinner. However, some customers noted issues with the tipping screen on the kiosk after helping themselves, and from a franchise standpoint, the family meal choices were restricted and did not apply to VEG meals.
