It's a Carl's Jr. with a nice service. Friday December 1st/2023 (cashier Sandy) was very friendly service on shift. I always will appreciate the possibility to get burger or even a lettuce wrap with plant-based meat on their menu.Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger, sides like fries.

Almost every time I do drive through pick up. this location messes up on my order. Today, I ordered my meal, had them repeat my order and yet when I got home, my order of fries was missing from my meals.They stuff everything into one bag so you can’t even check your bag all the way or risk all your food falling out. Really sick of these young kids working there who really have zero customer service skills and don’t really want to work there. Carls Jr needs to up their wages and train the staff better to be accurate with the meals and have better customers service.
Good customer service. I went in on a Friday afternoon and ordered two shakes. We were blessed with good food they made them with attentiveness which is becoming more and more difficult to find, fast food wise.

Definitely recommend this Carls Jr. location. Juan helped us the day my family and I visited from out of town, and he demonstrated the best customer services. We had a large order and he was patient throughout our whole visit. Our order was correct and the food was great.

Their lobby to eat at a table closes around 8pm which is way too early. So you’re only option is the drive thru and eat in their parking lot if you’re just pass through Tracy.

Stopped by there today, and was absolutely mortified that the person that was assembling all of the burgers and sandwiches did not have gloves on. When I asked why they didn't have gloves on, I initially did not get a response. The cashier then asked me if I didn't want my sandwich and I said no I don't want it. Something unappealing about a slab of cheese resting on somebody's bare palm. The cashier then said something to the food preparer, and they finally put gloves on. She turned around to me and said that it's too hard for her to assemble the food with the gloves on. They did make me a new one that I took to go. When I opened it up and looked at the lettuce and tomatoes, I was genuinely concerned on How they prepared that food also. Threw it out.
