Slow service. Never picked up menus. Never received napkins. Never received plates. Never received silverware. Didn’t receive all items we ordered. Didn’t ask if we needed anything else after our first original order. We had to go ask another employee for our receipt. Receipt took a while even though only a handful of customers were present at the time.

Came here after work a couple nights while working out of town. Sat at the bar both times and service was super fast and excellent. Food came out fast too. They have happy hour 3-7 Monday thru Friday with $4-$6 drinks and $7 appetizers to choose from which were pretty decent size. I will come here again when nearby.

I ordered $700 worth of catering from their website for a meeting I was hosting and even though I confirmed with the local BJs team 2 days prior that I would need utensils, plates, and serving spoons, upon receiving my order, we didn’t receive it.
I called immediately and the lady I was talking to did not have a care in the world to try to help me with this problem. She went on about saying they will get a shipment tomorrow and there’s no way that she could help and that she doesn’t even have a car to drive down 1 mile to where I was hosting the meeting. She sarcastically apologized and immediately had her supervisor take over. I just don’t believe she was solution-oriented.
Miguel, who I originally spoke to 2 days prior, apologized sincerely and made something happen. They personally delivered the plates, utensils, and a few serving tongs to the place I held my meeting right on time before my team was set to take their lunch. Hats off goes to Miguel for owning up to the error and handling it with grace. More training for the lady who answered my call please!

I dont understand how you need to ask for cutlery and napkins? If you are eating there, you need those. I chose supposedly the most spicy sauce on my wings, and it was not really spicy, also I think, the oil was old.

My family had a very inviting dinner celebrating my son for his birthday. Our waiter was Issac he gave us a wonderful experience making sure everything was up to our expectations! The Pazookie was delicious, thank you for making our night special with amazing service!
