Tried to order Asian zing traditional bone in wings from Grub Hub and couldn’t. I travel for work and so I don’t want to be disappointed by limited menu access on grub hub.

We went there for dinner. We waited more than 15 min. Waiters were walking around but no one give any attention. It was not even a busy. Only two tables are booked. After waiting for more than 15 min we left location without any service. Its not happened first time. Last time when we were there we waited for 10-15 min as well. Don’t visit this location ever

Jocelyn rocks, the new flavors rock, and salt and vinegar salt rocks!! Great customer service, it made all the difference. I stopped going, but the Tracy location is great!!
Ordered Traditional Buffalo Hit wings and Chips with Salsa for appetizers. They were good and service was great. Will definitely be back.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings and, while the food tasted good, I was disappointed with the portion sizes. Despite ordering a large size, the quantity seemed smaller than expected, especially compared to previous visits. Additionally, I requested three servings of ranch dressing but only received two, even though the bag label indicated three.

Can’t even pick up an order when the whole place is empty cause everyone hides in the kitchen on the phone. Nobody works at the front of the store apparently. Why even show up to work when everyone wants to be a cook at this place apparently. 0/10.

12:18 p.m. My family of 4 arrived and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes. Not one person came out to greet us, and the bartender just ignored us after looking over. I saw that it was not busy, with a few people sitting around the bar dining area. I continued to wait to be seated but felt disrespected and felt I had to leave. We walked next door to BJs instead, where we were greeted by friendly staff and immediately sat at a booth; a completely better customer experience. Get your act together, Buffalo Wild Wings, and value your customers, or else they will leave and bring their business elsewhere.
Edit: Saturday, 12:18PM and the place was not busy and felt dead. Going over to BJs was a breath of fresh air and a better experience.
Food and service were horrible and very dirty. Had to send back several items because they were cold, watered down queso dip, burger was burnt and sauce tasted spoiled. My son waited for over an hour for his 10 piece wings. Ended up asking for them to make it to go. By this time I was over it. I lost my appetite n just wanted to get out of there. Couldn’t believe we were there for almost a hour and half, left being hungry still and so disappointed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after not being happy a year ago when I ate there, I thought it would be better by now, but was much worse, I’ll never go back and I should of refused to pay for anything. My sons loves wings that’s why I agreed to try again.

After looking at the reviews, I’m guessing we got lucky on our experience! The staff was very friendly and attentive. We were checked on consistently and our food was HOT which the location near me most of the time provides warm/cold food. The bathrooms were a bit dirty but other than that, our experience was great. We even talked about making the 45min drive back out to Tracy instead of eating at the location near us 💀
