The most disgusting Thai Tea I've ever had. I never throw anything away but I took one sip and I could not believe how bad it was. Even if it tasted fake it would've been acceptable, but it was watered down and the color was completely off. Might be a training issue with the girls making drinks, as the food from the kitchen was good.

Came here for lunch the other day and will not be coming back. I had the pork ramen and it came with three tiny pieces of meat. One of the pieces had gristle on it and was inedible. When I told both waitresses the meal was not good, all they said was sorry. They could see I had not eaten my meal, yet they did not offer a refund. That tasteless ramen was almost $15! Overpriced and poor quality food. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Been going to this place for more than a years now and was never disappointed. The food, and service is always great. My all time fave hotpot is the kabocha milk. Whenever I’m in a crave for ramen this is my place to go. I love and highly recommend this place.

We've been coming back here. The service has declined. The young server who attended our orders looked unhappy when we requested for more ketchup. When you eat here, a service charge is included. They should treat their customers with respect and attend to their needs to their satisfaction. Another thing we noticed, they charged their customers with 10.25% tax which is supposedly 8.25% for Tracy. If one of our friends didn't notice in his receipt, they won't correct it. So, be sure to check your receipt. Our friends who paid and left ahead of us never got their receipt corrected.

I ordered two crepes and both were prepared improperly. If you can't follow simple instructions, you shouldn't be in business. Also, the crepes taste reheated.

I'll begin by saying our waiter was great, however...We decided to try this place after finding our ramen spot of choice closed till 5pm and we simply couldn't wait 2 hrs. My rating is strictly on food quality, we ordered 2 ramen and the calamari appetizer, the calamari was definitely old because it was extremely tough to chew and had no flavor aside from mild freezer burn. When we aaked for an additional lime wedge to try and make that more palatable, I was told they charge extra for that... ummm ok. Needless to say it didn't help and we just took that loss and left it aside. Ramen was ok, minus the soggy cabbage used to fill the bowl. Last but not least, they charge an additional 4% to pay electronically.

Went to get my food for pick up at 10:30 and was told no they cannot do it because there kitchen is closed. if your kitchen is closed at 10:30 then why are you putting sign until 11:00 the behavior of the guy is rude didn’t like it at all i was hungry.

The lady who served us today needs a lot of customer service training. Not smiling. not welcoming. she seem very exhausted and does not show energy when serving. The approach is very uninterested. Whoever is the owner needs to be more present in the restaurant so you can observe your servers how they interact with customers.
