High quality fish. Hoping for salmon and other marinades soon!
I’ve had poke once before from Chef Hits the Streets at the Tracy Mall location and it was delicious. Today, I saw on their Instagram they were open from 11-6p, so I got there around 11:20 but they still weren’t set up and said the rice would take another 15min. It was probably 11:45 by the time I got my food, but I wasn’t in any rush so I had no problems waiting! Once the rice was ready, I got my poke and headed home to eat.

I decided to try half pound of ahí poke bowl, rice and a guava juice
And Oh my! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the guava juice just perfect
The experience brought back memories of all the times I was relaxing in waikiki
The best I have tried in San Jose, San francisco, and Los Angeles
Tracy... you rock!
