Horribly managed. It's dinner 5:15 pm and there's a line to the door with 1 person helping make everything plus ring up customers. GET A CLUE! 11 people in line with ONE employee. Ridiculously managed location. Poor poor service!! Kid working doing the best he can all by him self! This location is horrible already: serving not cooked crunchy rice habitually. now add the lack urgency or properly scheduling of employees and it's just nothing but garbage. Can't wait until mtn house opens so I never come back to this location again!

This is a little old review for September 11, 2025 but The service was good only thing is my fiancé would ask for more and the lady would complain pretty much or just not hear him. The music was great, food was good and fresh. Restaurant was clean.

Although the employees are nice (for the most part), this location is consistently bad in terms of the food. Today 8/16/2025, I ordered a Chicken bowl, but whoever made the chicken today should not be cooking. The chicken was way too salty and overcooked, very dry. Maybe they need to retrain their employees because this is not the first time I’ve had overcooked dry meat at this location. The Chipotle in Lathrop is a lot better.
They need better training on portion sizes. I understand that meats should be an upcharge for extra but lettuce?

This people are the best of wasting people's time!!! Last Minute Job interview cancelation and the food is not that even good!! If you would have told me earlier i would respect that.. But last minute before i actually go fully prepared and excited.. Just so you know you people are a Disrespect of people time!!

Stale chips. Carnitas was all fat, no meat - dregs from the bottom of the container. Everything but the guac was way oversalted compared to normal chipotles - almost inedible. Unbearably hot inside -like the AC was broken. I felt bad for the workers who were all red faced and moving slowly. Out of napkins. Out of all the drinks in the fountain machines. Employees were eating dinner in the food prep area. There was only 2 guests in front of us and it still took 20 minutes to get our food.

Ordered on DoorDash.. I’m not sure who made the steak on July 31st around 1pm but please don’t have them cook ever again. The amount of sodium in the steak prevented me from eating my food. Also where my double scoop and guac I paid extra money for???
