No matter how long the line is, service is really fast. You should probably know what you want by time you get your turn to help the employees to make it faster. As fast as you can say what you want they can make your burrito or bowl which is great! The food is delicious, well priced, and fresh.
with so many authentic Mexican restaurants and grills in Tracy why in the world would you ever go to chipotle ... its slop... it's like cafeteria food...
Just wanted to take a moment to share about my recent experience at Chipotle. My son and I went there to grab our to go order and someone had stolen it. The staff decided to offer me a free soda put my order in front of everybody else's and then hand deliver it to me while me and my son waited. it was an amazing gesture and the leadership should be proud of their team.

My boyfriend and I came in Sunday at lunch time, the young ladies were so fast and efficient we truly looked at eachother extremely impressed. The food was fabulous and fresh and the ice tea collection is unmatched.
This had to be the worst experience coming here ever. We ordered for pick up, my wife made it home and the order was wrong. We drove all the way back over there to correct it. The two employees at the registers saw us coming in and must of had their mind made up that we were going to complain. The girl that we spoke to didn’t want to hear it. She just told the other guy to remake it. No sorry or nothing! Very rude, in fact she kept telling me I can go now, wow. I asked for the store Manager twice. I finally got him to come out after she chatted with him painting what ever picture she could to him. I informed him of the issue. You can tell he wasn’t going to Handel the issue with her. Bottom line is there is no reason for that employee to act that way and then it’s condoned by the manager. It couldn’t have been a sorry no problem. Last time giving that place our money.

Chipotle in Tracy, Naglee Rd has to be the ABSOLUTE worse Chipotle around. 3 days ago I was in this location. I purchased a med drink, 3 steak tacos w/cheese and light sour cream only, large chips and large guacamole and paid $20 and some change. Tonight I went in there purchased, 3 steak tacos w/cheese light sour cream, SMALL chips, large guacamole and SMALL drink and paid $23. And some change. I explained this to the girl with poofy hair. She looked at me like I was bothering her and says, “what would you like me to do about it ma’am?” Hands me the receipt and says does everything on the receipt look right? If she had 2 brain cells to rub together and get a spark she would have went over the receipt with me and explained or would have shown some sort of interest. Instead she held onto the broom she was holding and once again said, “what would you like me to do ma’am?” HORRIBLE customer service. I was so irritated at her lack of care, her brush off customer service that I responded with, “I guess I don’t want you to do a thing, I wouldn’t want you to hurt yourself helping me” Her response was, “OK”. I was taken aback by her horrible attitude and customer service as she stood there just staring at me and her unwillingness to help. Please get people in there with better customer service instead of someone like her with an entitled personality. I will never come to this location again and will be sure to let others know not to come here.

Employee is very very rude, this place is not clean. I would never take my family there. They supposed to open until 11pm but they start flipping the chairs up side down at 7pm. So no one eat inside. Then I employee ask you to take your food and leave. Very rude and disrespectful.FDA needs to watch out this and city of Tracy needs to involved.This has to be brought in next city hall meeting otherwise it will only get worse.which is not good for city of Tracy.

Dirty, dirty,dirty ??tables, floor, fountain station one person in line the rest of the team talking in the back instead of cleaning the lobby to people be able to seat and enjoytheir food, floor messy, no napkins lids everywhere one person doing the burritos and using the register, the food portions insane just terrible you pay for rice and beans no meat ? just don't go to this location ?
