We visited this store to order 2 dozen of donuts for kids birthday. Simon did an amazing job! He was patient n careful in rendering out service. He deserves a pat on the back for his effortless service! The atmosphere could have been better as they encourage drive through service although we preferred to walk in.

I had never been here until I moved to Tracy! I love it. their breakfast sandwhiches and wid3 array of donuts is deliciously put together. They offer some great coffee, too!Parking: There'd so so much parking.Kid-friendliness: It's no problem to bring kids to Duncan donuts!

The donuts are usually yummy and good! However I don’t think the service is the best. I think that some employees should be retrained for better customer service. I used to work in the food services before, so I can totally understand that when you’re overwhelmed and exhausted it can be difficult, but I think that with a little improvement on customer service and hospitality the environment would be much more welcoming :)

I couldn’t wait for the Holidays..they have my FAVORITE BACK..Cookie Butter Cold Brew. The foam is delightful and the cookie pieces make this coffee stand out above other simple cold brews. It’s a nice pop of flavor. Try it, but get their early before they run out of the cookie topping so your not disappointed.

My first & only visit was today. Went inside to order. Waited in line for 20 minutes. No one ever greeted the guests nor took our orders. They seemed busy and there were at least 4 workers inside but no one was on the register. I decided it wasn't worth waiting an infinite amount more of minutes for a donut, so I left.

Usually they are good with everything but every now and again I have waited a really long time for just a one person order...... it was over 20 minutes ........ a few times..... but besides that everything is usually great!

Always terrific service from open to close it's my greatest experience and I love going there and I come from low dye work in Tracy and I do have to stop by Dunkin' donut before I leave town thank you for your service.

Went to this location and the store hours were posted as closing at 8PM. I Arrived at 7:45PM. The man inside would not open the door and did not even acknowledge I was at the door.
