We visited on Valentine’s Day, and it was such a sweet surprise to receive a gift card and a cute teddy! It really added a special touch to the visit. However, I wish the ice cream counter was visible for a more fun and interactive experience when choosing flavors. Overall, a lovely visit.

I recently visited Milk & Sugar Creamery and I have been raving about my experience to my family and friends so I knew I had to review. If you know them for ice cream, you’ll be excited to find out they’re also serving specialty coffee.
From the moment I walked in, Mackenzie was attentive and eager to help with any questions about their new menu.
They offer a huge selection of specialty drinks that you can customize to your liking. I tried two of their signature iced latte’s (with oat milk AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!). Rose Pistachio and Honey Lavender. They were rich and creamy—definitely one of the best lattes I’ve had in a while!
And of course, the ice cream is to die for! They change their flavors regularly and offer dairy free options. Some of our family favorites are kitchen sink, horchata, and rocky road.
If you’re looking for a new coffee spot or haven’t tried their ice cream, definitely check them out!!

The reason for the 4 star review is because Good Luck finding this place open, I haven't caught them open the past several visits Over the last couple months they seem to be closed on random days/times. Currently closed through the 12th, so definitely call before you try to go.

Awesome tasting ice cream with unique flavors. Endless samples ….the Taro Mochi was great !!! Highly recommend to all Tracy people and anyone coming into Tracy for anything

Loved the icecream! I tried pineapple and creamy mango and loved them. Pineapple was better of both. Customer experience is great and prices are reasonable. Will be back again soon.
The flights are a great way to taste several flavors at once! $8 for 4 Jr. sized scoops (that were decently sized). My kids and I got a bunch of random flavors, and I think the strongest winner was the taro flavor! Second probably was the strawberry (could totally taste the fresh strawberry flavor), and maybe 3rd was the coffee with chocolate chips in it. My usual favorite, Mint Choc Chip, was a bit of a let down as the chocolate was super waxy and the ice cream was neither minty enough nor sweet enough. The lavender honey was a really interesting experience, pretty pleasant, much better than any rose flavored ice cream (can’t stand rose) but would probably not get that again after trying it once. It was nice that the flavors were all not too sweet. The texture was not bad, but did kind of veer on the less creamy side, but it definitely tasted like there were no fillers added, which is a plus. Cute set up with lots of wooden games and board games available for customers to play—cute idea!

I want to apologize for my Lovely Wife and I had a FABULOUS TIME at this location time and time again. The Ice Cream and Cookies were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS but the service was the Icing on the cake, the service was impeccable. The reason I apologized was that I didn't have a chance to send a remark the last time we had visited this remarkable Ice Cream Restaurant, which was just a week ago.
