I want to apologize for my Lovely Wife and I had a FABULOUS TIME at this location time and time again. The Ice Cream and Cookies were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS but the service was the Icing on the cake, the service was impeccable. The reason I apologized was that I didn't have a chance to send a remark the last time we had visited this remarkable Ice Cream Restaurant, which was just a week ago.

Amazing establishment! I love that they have a game area and magnetic tic tac toe sets. How cute is that?! It was really nice seeing families enjoy that. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We were blown away by the amount of flavors offered and how amazing EVERY flavor we tried was. We got the flight… which they advertise as 4 small scoops the same price at a regular 3 scoop. However I would not have considered them to be small. Hands down the best ice cream in town.

First time at Milk & Sugar here in Tracy. I would recommend giving them a try for sure! The customer service was excellent, they let you try as many flavors as you'd like so you can order the flavor you like! I ordered a scoop of Mango and Oreo Cheesecake Ice Cream and both of them were delicious and tasty. Each scoop was $4.50, which might seem pricey, but they do scoop it in the cup! They aren't skimpy with the scoops here, they really pack it in. Would definitely return to try their other flavors. Rich and creamy ice cream is what you get here. Payment is done through Square, so be sure to enter your email so you can get a receipt & earn points (no paper receipts are given here).

I was obsessed with their banana flavor this past summer. Cookie butter is also a favorite. And don't skip out on the cookies. When I came here a few years ago it was really really good. Their milkshakes and ice cream was on point. Even the customers service was good. But Today when I came in and ordered a milkshake the girl who made it looked unsure of what she was doing. She also looked mad she had to make the milkshakes. Sure enough after I drink I shake my stomach hurts so bad. The shake had barely a scoop of ice cream and the rest was milk. It was not even a shake it was literally flavored milk. They need to bring back the old workers who actually cared!

I want something sweet after my lunch; and I don't want to drive to my favorite Milk in Dublin, so I give this a try. After trying the taro mochi and orange dream, I kinda know they aren't my cup of tea.. too sweet and not smooth at all. However, I get the orange dream with cone anyway as I feel bad not buying after the person gives us the samples. The place also looks empty and dead when we go. Not a hangout spot for sure. It is a flop for me.

Not only was it super creamy, but we ended up getting double scoops of them.They were really quick to serve us, and was really helpful in answering questions that we had about the ice cream. in addition, the ice cream shop was kept really clean, and I really liked the environment, as it wasn’t too crowded. Neither was it too cold.If you want an ice cream shop to stop by after shopping at West Valley Mall, this is one of the spots in Tracy that you wouldn’t want to miss!Dietary restrictions: They have non-dairy options for you to choose from!Parking: Parking can be a hit-or-miss sometimes with this store — there can be a little bit of hard time finding parking, but that normally ONLY happens during the summer when the sun is still out.Kid-friendliness: There are a lot of kids who come here year-round with their families — so I’d say this is a kid-friendly place based on how many children I’ve seen every time I go.Wheelchair accessibility: Quite often this is an issue for most ice cream shops, but it’s quite easy for individuals with disabilities to get in and out considering there’s a ramp. :)

This place is really good! You can tell it's fresh and homemade. I love they have option for diary free I can't eat regular ice cream. They have good flavors. I would recommend this place. The people that work there are really friendly and really nice :)

Milk and sugar puts the scream in ice cream. The flavors are rich, balanced and delightful. The service is friendly and top notch with a decent ambiance. Special shoutout to the matcha and Ube flavors. They are a match-a made in heaven and you-be will love it! All said and done, would definitely keep coming back for more. My wife and I just found our new favorite ice cream haunt. Here's to many more delicious visits to this epic ice cream parlor :)
