So we were very hungry after a long day and stopped at this pizzeria in Livermore California. It was a dark and stormy night. It is sort of like a subway where you go along a counter and tell them what you want on your pizza and it is all for just one price. Had I known that I might've gotten more toppings! However, I had a pizza with tomato slices, asiago, Parmesan, and mushrooms. They cook them in a woodfired oven and they come out pretty darn quick. My dining companions had a variety of different pizzas themselves. The crust was crispy We each got the mod size pizza. This was my first time dining here, and while not the most upscale dining establishment, it filled a hole in my stomach quite adequately. Staff we're friendly, and they also have beer! They actually had a nice variety of beverages to choose from. Well, none of us had a salad they did look good.

This location is always soooo dirty! Food, napkins, straws all over the floor. The tables were dirty, lined with spilled drinks, food etc etc. They need someone to step away from food prep and clean this place up. We were going to dine in and change our minds at the last minute because of the filth.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? My whole family got pizza from there and in two pizza they put the weird artichoke pieces which can't even be eaten. Especially on mine. I have literally come here so many times and this is my first time ordering online. You guys literally scam people who order online. It is very unfair. First they made us wait even tho we order more than like an hour before (order at 6:56pm online and it was done at 8:30pm which is also the waiting for it to be ready) and also they made other pizza with almost no toppings. I also specified to give me EXTRA toppings and they gave me LESSER topping than ever. It felt like they got lazy at the last two pizza. Also my mother said the customer service was not nice. Like why are you guys open if you can't treat POC customers nicely?! Please look at the pizza and TELL ME if it looks like extra topping or not? Update: I am literally eating it and I CHEWED A ROCK!!! WHAT ARE YOU GUYS EVEN DOING WITH YOUR INGREDIENTS!?

First off, I come here too often! At least 2-3 times per week. It's that good. But, the customer service is even better. Pam, Joseph, Este, and Rob are the best. They are very friendly. The store is always clean. My family love love love the pizza. The rewards program is great as well. If you are thinking about trying it out, stop thinking, gooooo! Btw, I'm vegetarian, my husband is gluten free. They have plenty of options for both of us, and hubby raves about the cauliflower pizza. The pizza at mod is always great, unfortunately the service during the afternoon was really lacking. The mod by my house in the bay is always staffed with friendly employees but they seemed really tired here. They didn’t do much beyond the bare minimum of their job, and I’d have liked to see more energy coming from a customer service role.

I went in around 7pm last night and ordered for dine in. Just a nice family outing, you would assume. Chairs started getting put up around 7:20pm AND CLOSING TIME IS 10pm!!! Staff quickly started turning off the lights!! 2.5 hours prior to closing time!!.. WHAT!!.. they were practically kicking us out. So chairs getting stacked, lights turning off and music turn off. Screw this. Never coming back again. As my family and I leave, I also notice the MOD Open sign is turned off.. you'd be fooled to believe this place was closed at 7:30pm. This is such BS. Will never suggest this place to my friends or family ever again.. whoever management was on 12/26 needs to be let go. I just wanted to have a nice family dinner after Christmas and this is what this place has to offer.. "This is NOT a people place." Sucks when all you wanna do after a long day at work is enjoy a nice dinner but yet that was even too hard to do
