I’ve had numerous versions of Hawaiian food, different restaurants, such as this one different locations, but today was absolutely the worst attempt to Katsu

I’ve ever had the breading fell off, never had to catch where the breading falls off the oil tasted old. I could taste it in the chicken. The rice was a big giant glob. Don’t get me wrong. I like sushi rice, but I don’t like snowball sushi, rice, the size of a tangerine. And a half ahead of cabbage...

Food was excellent, service was fast and friendly (they were even patient with my 37 year old autistic son). However, the roof is leaking pretty bad and the store should fix that immediately. Water was getting on almost every table.

Excellent customer service! Food is fresh, yummy, and super clean establishment. Thank you Ono’s for coming to us locally, so we don’t have to catch a flight to Hawaii, even though Hawaii sounds amazing right now!
