Pizza is always good but the wait time is awful. I ordered 30 minutes in advance and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to make the pizzas. The store only had one costemer inside when I walked up. The service speed is unaccessible.

I wish I could leave 1 star... I am SO disappointed. I ordered through DoorDash, a keto friendly chicken artichoke bake and a few ranches. I know it does say the size of the bake on the description, but there was barely anything in this for $17.99. I am so beyond upset that they would overcharge to this extent. Won't be back again.

Use to go to this place but the service and franchise owner kept going down. So it has been awhile so thought I would give them a chance. My mistake. They had two women working in front slow as molasses, but fairly friendly. Went to order my pizza only to find (1) it's harder to get rewards if you don't order online, (2) if you don't pay cash and use your bank Visa you HAVE TO ISE YOUR PIN and get the transaction fee. Ridiculous. The place is a basic no frills Ace and they can't understand why I want to cancel my order.Well I hope thos helps you decide not to patronize this establishment, and wish they would just shutdown. Would like to give 5 negative stars.

Tracy doesn’t have many good restaurants unfortunately.We were expecting it to be healthy & tastyBut the veggie pizza was so awful and too much salt and bitter to taste. May be they are using old stock kept in the freezer for too long. Was very very disappointed with the awful pizza.

So I waited 20 more minutes while customers walked in order there and received their pizza before I did. For people working in the back and not one single one was helping me. Turned out the pizza was in the rack the whole time but they claim they didn't see it. Will definitely not go there again.

They make very good and fresh pizza that you bake yourself. It usually takes less than 10 minutes for them to make it. Once you take it home follow the simple instructions, use the included pizza tray, and place a little lower than the center of the over to cook the bottom faster than the top. The time is about 18 minutes to cook fully.

I wish I could give negative stars!! I ordered 3 pizzas for my family tonight, total order $44 after a coupon. Mine was a measly $15 pizza that was SUPPOSED to be Dairy Free. It came out of the oven and seemed strange, had my family taste the cheese to tell me if it tasted like dairy and they weren't sure. So, I took 2 small bites and realized it was DAIRY! Now, I'm not just a person that dislikes dairy, I have a medical condition that could put me in the ER tonight! They remade my pizza, fine you should you have the wrong one. However, as I sat there dizzy and trying not to throw up I asked for a credit for my order. I was looked at like how dare I! After they spoke to the Franchise owner they came and offered $2 off. Really!?! I could end ip in the hospital due to your error and you wanna offer $2!! Try again. They talked to the owner again and offered $12 back. Better. Then couldn't figure out how to issue it Then offered $5 off next visit. I told them I'll see them here on social media and walked out. TBH they SHOULD have been apologetic and offered a full refund for my pizza. The fact that they didn't shows me who they are as a business. I am now laying in bed hungry and sick, pulling out my tools to keep myself from ending up in the ER tonight because this company doesn't want to train their employees correctly, or take any pride of ownership or accountability for their said business! ~ Order was under Jasmine

So we used to love papa Murphy's in the last city we lived in and today was not the day. We called in the order and at 728 the person who answered the phone said we close at 8 I said I know I'm on my way right now then I told him what I wanted and he proceeded to make sure I knew it be ready in 15 mins and they closed at 8 I said I'm on my way. I literally get there in 3 mins and decided to wait in my car and I waited 20 mins in my car I know he said 15 so I was like it will sure be ready when I go in. I go in and they asked pick up or place a order it's 748 I said pic up he said ok well it's still going to be another 10 mins I'm thinking ok u originally said 15 I gave you 20 now u are saying 10 more mins so 30 mins like it shouldn't take this long you have no customers and no pizzas in the rack for pick up. Then they said here you go and I looked and they are like is there something wrong I said I'm missing a pizza then I tried to use my coupon and they said I couldn't because I didn't order the right pizza for the coupon and I said yes I did and they said no u have to order a delight I said it is a delight then the co worker chimed in and said it had to be a thin crust I said well I placed the order for a thin crust. I get it you close at 8 and I know people want to get out of work but when I work until 5:00 I'm working until 5 that's when we close the doors and after that is when I'm cleaning and doing the closing check list trust me I want to get out too but I have to work until it's done. In the end the thin crust pizza was so oily I soaked up 3 napkins with just two slices of pizza. It was disgusting and not only that the cost was 50$ for 3 pizzas not worth it especially if I'm taking it home to cook it. Note to self never going here again. Save your self the money and just pay some one too cook it for u
