It is very easy to rate this restaurant, best pho in town, i have eaten in at least 4 pho restaurants in town this is the best one, if what you want is beef pho, this is it, as simple as that.
And the rib pho is out of this world.

My favorite butt in town for sure hands down. Everything in the menu It's very good. I enjoy everything from this menu and the people are Very friendly.
The shrimp appetizer, spring roll, and pho were good. But they gave me burnt fried rice; I don't know if that's normal but it's not okay. And it cost a lot.

Excellent Pho, clean and savory tasting broth and meats. Spring rolls were also delish. Smoothie was pretty good too. Good location, don't have to drive across town for our Pho cravings. Tip: If you not a fan of the rice noodles (white noodles) in any of your Pho soup choices, you can ask to substitute it with egg noodles (yellow noodles).

Really cute family owned spot- Nice clean atmosphere and food! The broth is on point and real. The pork chop is also delicious. Hope they expand the menu in the future. They have the basics on point :)
Passing through Tracy and craving for some tasty Vietnamese dishes, we decided to try Pho Town and were absolutely thrilled with our decision to visit this new restaurant! My husband and I ordered pho (beef noodle) and the bowls quickly came out in generous portions, with wonderful aroma. The various meats, noodle, broth... tasted so good! Our son ordered the grilled shrimp and pork vermicelli dish, and he loved it. The presentation was beautiful, but more importantly, it tasted phenomenal!
Our family eats out often but rarely gives reviews. However, I decided to write about our pleasant experience here because not only was the food yummy, the restaurant was clean and nicely decorated, but the service was very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely come back to Pho Town!:)

The Flaming Ribeye Pho is insanely good - addictive even. Rich, flavorful broth with that extra smoky punch to leave you smiling after every sip. Can it really be that good? Yes, every single time.
As for everything else, you’ll appreciate the cozy vibe and excellent service. Very clean inside. Super friendly staff.
Now, let me tell you, I’ve had Pho all over the world and this place ranks in my top 3. Who would have thought the Central Valley could have Pho that rivals the Bay Area? Pho Town does.
Come out, get your grub on, and support this little family-run restaurant that packs that big taste you want in fresh, authentic Vietnamese food. Highly recommended.
