I ordered online went to pickup, they tell me they ran out of what I ordered but they never called me to inform ; drove all the way with kids to find out they don’t ave what we ordered ; they say they tried to contact me which is not true �
I ordered the big box and a cookie for carryout via the app. My spouse picked it up on her way home and arrived without the cookie. I called and spoke with Ed who said he could not send anyone out with the cookie and would not refund me at this time, but rather provide a credit for future orders. I have placed a couple orders before maybe within a couple months gap.. Before they had the deal with the 6 slices pizza, cinnamon sticks, with Italian cheese bread and couldn't proceed order due to out of the pre made square pizza. And tried to place an order today12/29 for the triple treat box " 2 pizzas, cookie, and bread". Unfortunately they were out of the dough for the cheese bread.
