We were in town and this place was recommended for a great sandwich. The customer service was good, the young man at the register was super kind and very patient with our indecisiveness. We got the Crispy Chicken Crunch, and it was delicious! I wish there was a location in the Silicon Valley, so good!
The place has good food sometimes, but they are very inconsistent on the way they make their sandwiches. This last time, my sandwich was swimming in mayo and mustard to the point where I had to scrape some off. Made my sandwich very mushy and soggy. This is the 3rd time I have been disappointed in them. Thinking about going back to TOGO's.

I thought my overall experience was great, one of the workers not sure of his name but a handsome young man, working hard make sure the store is spotless clean, making sure all customers feel welcome and satisfied with the food, will definitely be coming back.
