The team, including specific crew members, are described as incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making visits smooth and enjoyable. One customer called it one of the best Starbucks teams encountered. A special shout-out is given to Jaden for making a high-protein drink with no sugar, substituted with vanilla sugar-free syrup and sugar-free foam. The drink was absolutely delicious, and his care and detail were greatly appreciated, especially for a customer dealing with an autoimmune disorder. This restored faith in coming to this location after past bad experiences where drinks were poorly made. This location seems to make all drinks well and follows instructions for customizations. They have mobile ordering and are helpful at the pick up counter. The only downside is the location is always, always busy. For such a small store it gets crowded, and the drive thru line is absolutely insane. The drive-through line can be long sometimes, but ordering ahead and going inside is fairly quick. Parking can be tricky, with a suggestion to park across the way by the little market. Wheelchair accessible parking spots are right in front.
