Rude employees lets start there. I went in today with a coupon and for some reason the lady didn’t want to take. She said it was only for online orders but no where on these coupons does it say ONLINE ONLY. I ordered 4 sandwiches ordering online would of taken more time and usually you guys get the order wrong i would of been wasting my time having to come back to get the order correct so id rather walk-in. What is the point of handing out coupons if you’re not going to take them for walk ins isn’t that the whole purpose of coupons to get customers to come in.

I went at subway at around 3 pm on july 29. The problem was the churro was not warm enough and the worker tried handling more than one customer, plus when the sandwich was wrapped, the sandwich had 50% of the inside come out right when i opened it from the package. I usually love this place but this worker made it bad.

service sucks, i came here in 2019 bakc then the food was bad, they didnt make it good, now i came and she was talking to her coworker half the time, and then taking the bread outbof the oven then reloading it when she couldve made my sandwich. took my 15 minutes damn near to get a footlong bruh. dont go to this location if u cant help it

Never go this store in the morning. Store open hour is 8:00 am and worker just show up 8:01 am and told me they are not ready. When I asked if you are not ready why your store hours 8:00am and answer is because slow ! If it is slow change store hour do not make people come here for noting!
