Do not go here, I went inside just now, 6:20 pm. There was a guy I the door to go in the back, guy behind counter told us to hold on. When me and my sister looked at one another they guy went in the back and slammed the door as hard as he could. Then when they came out we asked if we did something they said no he was messing with the other guy..offered to pay for our food. Then we we asked about the get the 4th free he said we don't do that here online for pick up. And we are closing at 7 and sent us to the other store in Tracy that's closed. Never been treated so horrible just going into a place to order food. Who lets workers like this work here. Terrible!!

Terrible experience at this Subway. The lady who made our sandwich did it in the worst way , sloppy, unhygienic, and it looked ugly and unprofessional. After eating it, my daughter got sick. This is unacceptable for any food establishment. Management needs to seriously address staff training, hygiene, and food safety.

This place sucks. They buy this franchise and are too greedy to use any of the coupons or online deals. The senior workers deny it but the younger workers accept it. They wanna buy and run an American business and then be greedy and not be part of the community. Lame Ill never go there again and I grew up two blocks from here.

Went to subway at noon, did an online order. I took out my sandwich and found a hair. I went back to let them know and they didn’t want to give me a refund and wanted to make another sandwich but I was grossed out. She was rude saying that we can’t do any refunds and she supposably spoke with a manager saying that they didn’t do any refunds. This place is unsanitary. Poor customer service.

Rude employees lets start there. I went in today with a coupon and for some reason the lady didn’t want to take. She said it was only for online orders but no where on these coupons does it say ONLINE ONLY. I ordered 4 sandwiches ordering online would of taken more time and usually you guys get the order wrong i would of been wasting my time having to come back to get the order correct so id rather walk-in. What is the point of handing out coupons if you’re not going to take them for walk ins isn’t that the whole purpose of coupons to get customers to come in.

Thanks to the young gentleman in the front! I believe the name is Ash! This has become my favorite subway in town! Great customer service and my sandwich always comes out amazing!
