2025 UPDATE: Went back recently just to get a sandwich and fries. Amazingly, the fodd was ready ON TIME and the order was correct! I increase my rating. Also noticed with a quick look like the staff is all actually working and there weren't a number of annoyed looking customers waiting. Big improvement over past visits.
The food, in the end, was ok. Getting the food was not. Ordered via the app 8:59 pm, time promised 23-27 minutes. Ok, fine. Stopped at foodmaxx, just as I am walking over from the grocery store, the app says my food is ready. I walk in, food is not ready and crew is mostly standing around. 1 customer in the place already seated and finishing food. 1 completed order sitting awaiting pickup. No reason my food shouldn’t be ready, took another 15 minutes (documented all this with photo of the receipt, the order was marked complete at 9:23pm, time stamp on the photo is 9:38 when I was leaving with my food) for food to be handed to me, fries were cold. Of course they were, I saw them sitting there the entire time I was waiting. During the 15 minutes, two other people came in and had something missing from their orders. I didn’t really complain, as the girl up front was the only one who really seemed to be working very hard.

You guys are good wings are so good super tasty but you need to improve your fries quality. Your fries potatoes need to peed off and some time half of potato comes while eating just upgrade fries

The best lemon - pepper chicken wings I ever had! They cooked it upon ordering, and the wings are still moist inside. They have varieties of sauces and sides to chose from. Great place to have a chicken wings!

I ordered fries online and then waited an extra 30 minutes at the store. Meanwhile, people who came after me ordered fries and got theirs right away. Yet my order, which I placed earlier, was completely ignored. It’s clear the staff forgot about my order. Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

My wings were dry and overcooked. My fries were burnt. Very disappointed after paying 20 bucks for a few burnt and tasteless wings.

Worst wings I ever had. Big bulky chewy rubber flats with no flavor. Ate half of the order because I was super hungry but had to stop. Frozen wings are better than this. Fries and ranch dip were good.
