If you don’t mind receiving only a part of your order and having the restaurant blow you off when you ask for refund of the missing items you paid for….then go right ahead and overpay for your food. Restaurants are doubling their prices and halving their service….recipe for going out of business if you ask me. I’ll just cook my own chicken and get better quality and service for less at home thank you very much!

This Wingstop in Tracy was perfect. They told me of all items that were broken with drink machine before I ordered. They quoted me a length of time for my food and it came out in that exact time. Great service these days with a smile seems tougher to find. We’ll look no further this place Rocks!!!

Stopped in and enjoyed a Cheat Day of eating some meat . As I do a few times a year. Eating meat that is. I mostly eat a Vegan/Veggie lifestyle. And I stay on a 18 hour fast more than 4-5 days a week. Anyways, I got the Current Deal for $19.99 for 20 Boneless and a large Lemon Pepper Fries and Ranch. As part of my Meal Deal. Everything was cooked to a Decent Perfection. My Flavorings Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper. Also, Garlic Parmesan. Quite a few places try to come with their own version of Garlic Parm. But No Ones is as tasty as Wing Stops. I Betcha’ That ;-) Name a place, I’ll Wait….. Didn’t Think So. Naw, but seriously this location is a Must Stop. Trust ! Put you order in already !

I had nit been to Wing Stop Tracy in about 2 years. I forgot why I stopped going. The ranch drew me back in. The problem is the lack of good customer service reminded me why I stopped going. We ordered our food on the app while in Stockton at 2:30. The receipt said the food would be ready at 3:00. We got to the Wing Stop at 2:50. Our food had not even been started. We did not receive our food until 3:20. The guy working the counter was not apologetic at all. It was an oh well attitude. I guess I just have to find the ranch recipe online because I won't be back. There are too many other Wing places in Tracy to deal with this.

I webt to place an order for delivery, and my $20 order turned into a $30 order because after taxes and delivery fee (which I accept), also a $4 tip was added automatically... no option to change it... FORCED to tip when I dont yet know the type of service I will get... TIP IS A REWARD FOR GOOD SERVICE, AND NOT AN OBLIGATION!!... Order was canceled.
