This is a fusion restaurant so I didn't expect too much. But oh man, food were very bad. Rice was hard. They put tomato slices on sushi rolls which I don't understand why. It doesn't even enhance flavor or make the roll nicer.It's just weird. Price is way more expensive than other sushi restaurants in town. We also tried the salmon rice plate. Rice was hard. Salmon was decent. I would say you would marinade it better at home with Walmart seasoning. Ramen bowl was a joke. The broth was flavorless and too salty. Noodles were not cooked as it was still hard. My niece couldn't finish her bowl Anyway, I don't understand why they can make their food this bad and still open a restaurant.
Pros: The staff were nice and tried their best to accommodate all guests while they were short-staffed. Restaurant is clean. Nice atmosphere
If you would choose to try this place, you may have a safer choice with rolls. But it's still not worth it.

Servers are naturally kind, welcoming, positive vibe, all smiles and no rushing and constant check ins. Kudos to the great service. Our server was very proactive. I was just taken a back from the high price point where most foods starts at 20 dollars up, rice meal is unbelievably expensive.

I was welcomed as soon as I entered. Restaurant is vey clean. Staff (especially Jeremy and Malike) were friendly and super knowledgeable on the menu. Quick service and freshly made food. I ate there twice in one week. I had the dragon roll and pork belly. Perfection on a plate!

The only complaint is the rice used in the donburi; it's hard. It's definitely the geographic location. The water in Tracy is hard, and it affects the cooked rice. Bay Area rice to water ratio is around 1:1. Here in Tracy, the ratio needs to be closer to 1:2, in my experience. However, the sushi rice was perfect. It's worth another visit.

This place is absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere is very calm and elegant. The food is incredible! You can tell it’s high quality stuff. Lots of gluten free and sesame seeds free items on here and they took my allergy very seriously which I appreciate so much. The waitress (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) that helped us so soft spoken, very sweet and kept checking up on us. 1000% will come back and recommend it to everyone. The pic is the red dragon and crunchy rainbow roll
Dietary restrictions: I told them my allergy to wheat and sesame seeds and they took it very seriously. The chief double checked everything and made sure it was safe for me.
