Gave my table away to someone else while I was waiting to be seated

A nice, but spendy, place to grab an apres ski meal and a few drinks. Bartender was super friendly and helpful. Quesadillas was great.

Server was super nice and attentive - wish I got her name to give kudos. Fries and drinks were good, unfortunately our meals were both not great - very over seasoned with odd seasonings and flavor that did not pair well with the meals and made them not taste good (we got steak and watermelon salad - the seasoning gave steak a bad funky taste). I wish I could identify what it was but reminiscent of Indian cuisine. Just want to pass along this feedback as truly I think the food could be improved by changing seasonings!

Don't waste your money. We had a table of 12 the the food was at best sub-par for premium prices. The rice for the Tokyo Chicken was HARD and tasteless and the sauce was so spicy it hurt (and we like hot). The Mac n Cheese was the best thing our table ordered and it wasn't worth the price.

Burgers and Ruben sandwich were overcooked and bland. Even the kids in our group were underwhelmed.

Water tasted dirty. We complained and they brought us "good water".

The manager was nice. Offered us free dessert or drinks. We declined since we did not want more bad food or drinks.

Oh and they do not accept cash. That was a lovely surprise after everything was said and done.

Food was mediocre. The pretzels were very good but the rest of the dishes were average at best.The service was very slow and the server never returned once the food came out. And for some reason, they don't take cash.Also, for a place called "Bourbon Pub", their bourbon selection was very poor. Nothing special as far as bourbons go and what they had was marked up considerably high. Even worse was their wine by the bottle. I think they had the highest price I've ever seen for Opus One and Joseph Phelps Insignia.And the ambiance was lack luster as well.Very disappointing overall.

Shocking service at host stand - We were traveling with a service animal and it was immediately apparent that we were not welcome - were told to come back later in the night(Sunday) with only half the tables full and ample wait staff - an unfortunate person to be greeting the

The food was good and staff was friendly, but the service was incredibly slow. We were seated 15 mins after our restaurant time, and no one came to our table until 20 minutes after that.Food and drinks took a long time to come out. I understand this is a busy place, but maybe accept less reservations if you can’t handle it. We spent over 2 hours there which was way too long

We bought drinks in this place but we have some food with us. We were half way of finishing our meals and this waitress (Sarah H)started “kicking” us out from our table. There were people sitting on other tables earlier of the day and were eating food from outside restaurants that had come and gone but not got booted out earlier. How awful could she be! Just because it’s after 1 pm maybe? The place is not even full! I won’t go to this place ever again

The food here is great, but unfortunately the service is shockingly poor. The waitresses both times we went there were rude and insensitive. We didn’t order chicken wings and when she brought us chicken wings we told her that we didn’t order but she repeatedly said no you did order it and she was refusing to take it back. I think that is a poor attitude especially we have ordered 8 other items on the menu. Who would order something and refuse to take it? Refusing to accept mistake and keep the customer happy is an indication of poor management in in my opinion. Although the food is great, I won’t recommend this place to anyone, unless you don’t mind to be mistreated.
