Terrible. Nothing tastes fresh, sandwhiches are very mediocre. Overpriced
Had the bacon egg sandwich and my co worker had the sausage egg on biscuit. The biscuit was not good but the bacon and egg sandwich was pretty good. Since it is within the Ritz everything is spendy ($8 for water). Service is excellent.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great place for kids and family to grab a warm beverage before hitting the slopes.
I’ve been here for a week and every day something is missing. They don’t have wraps, they don’t have anything plant based. This place is a mess. When I asked what can I eat plant based if the 3 main items were sold out they said fruit. They don’t talk to the kitchen. This is not a cafe of a luxurious hotel.
Great place
The food is average. The service is fine. But honestly, I just have a problem with spending $12 on a small latte and $15 on a plain croissant. Both of which..... are... fine? There are FAR better options in truckee. Make your way to those.
The staff make this place the best destination within the Ritz! Every visit they remember from the distant last visit!
Good place to grab coffee on your way out to the lifts.
Great place if you're about to hit the slopes and grab some food. e We were in a hurry that and my sandwich was great!
I had high expectations for a Ritz Carlton cafe. Latte was just ok for $7.00 and the cinnamon roll was overly sweet. Breakfast burrito eggs tasted like Mountain House freeze dried eggs. The banana nut muffin was probably the best food item as it has good flavor and was moist. This isn't a sit-down place, so expect everything to-go.

Small selection of pastries and simple snacks and drinks. Everything is expensive in Northstar but the service is exceptional in general.
Nice for a quick morning grab at the Ritz
For us, this was really helpful as we were a family of 5 and breakfast on the run was helpful for us. I do think the Hotel could make more of this cafe by opening it at lunchtime and early evening instead of closing at midday. Guests would like coffee, cakes and sandwiches throughout the day and to close at 12 noon seemed crazy to us. Good choice of breakfast with granola, fruit oatmeal, muffins, etc and great coffee at reasonable prices. Just open longer!
small coffee shop locate on main floor just off the living room area, good place to grab light breakfast. Pastry and coffee, yogurt, fruit.
