This place is a small business doing things at very high quality. The quality of their fish is top knotch. They even have fresh ground Wasabi . Highly recommend .

Overpriced window ordering with a very grumpy staff. You can sit outside in the parking lot but the cups are dirty and the water is gross. The food was honestly pretty good but we wouldn't be back.

Sushi of the hidden cloud is impressive. Who would’ve thought that there such quality sushi up here in Truckee. All the raws are fresh and beautifully made.
What’s weird is that they take reservations and the workers are surprisingly uptight about it. We were there at open and 2 tables were reserved for a party that’s gonna be there in 40 min. It was shaded, and it’s hot and sunny. So we figured we ordered and we’ll be done before these folks even show up, but we were told to move and can’t sit there by the server. Rather unreasonable, and with limited outdoor only seating, it doesn’t make much business sense to take reservations. I think more money can be made if it’s just first come first serve first serve. And I think owner can be a bit more lax on the seating protocol

The fish was very fresh and the “Last chair” roll was my favorite. I’m so happy I found this place, we’ll be coming every weekend.

I had the pot of gold roll and the seaweed salad. Everything was delicious. The seaweed salad was so refreshing. A little on the expensive side, but I could tell that was because all the fish was super fresh. I’d definitely eat here again and recommend this place.
