Always such good coffee and the nicest workers! Tons of baked goods to choose from, and the good menu is always delicious.

Amazing ambiance, amazing art, great people, great chai, great vibes. They have 2 all gender bathrooms with one being accesible, and have free wifi. They are also running an earth month campaign during April where you get $0.50 off when you bring your own cup, as well as offering 20% off all retail mugs and tumblers.

Waited 30+ minutiae for their “avocado toast” a piace of bread with guacamole. Even if they were not super slow I would not consider this place better than average.

Whoever runs the kitchen here doesn't seem to care much about what comes out of it. Ordering a sandwich in a place that claims to be a bakery is usually a safe bet. Sadly, not true here. Salmon and cream cheese sandwich. The marbled rye bread it was served on looked like it came from the nearby Safeway. The menu says it includes arugula and pickled onions, both were absent entirely. We also ordered a shakshuka (a special that day). It is served in a small bowl, closer to a side dish in size than a proper entree. Rather than an egg being cooked in the sauce as in proper shakshuka, this one simply included a poached egg placed on top. The menu claimed it comes with a house flatbread, I found it closer to a store-bought pita.

What a great find in downtown Truckee! The drinks and the service were exceptional! My husband got a caramel macchiato and I got a dirty lavender latte which was amazeballs! I really like the art they have on display.

I spent $50 in food to go. They gave me my food and I noticed there wasn't a fork. I asked for a fork to go and they told me there a new law in truckee that charges for forks. You would think that after spending $50 in food, they would just cover the .25 for the fork, I had to run my credit card for 0.25. Just bad business. I'll never go back.

Great place to get a cup and start your day off right. Plus, you don't have to worry about the sock guy getting maced on the sidewalk and ruining your morning like a different truckee coffee spot I used to frequent.

This is the tourist coffee shop with long lines, annoyed staff but good food. There are several better spots in town especially Dark Horse and Pacific Crest. Thank you for the reply. My friend's food sat there for over 15 minutes and his name was not called, we didn't realize his food was done. We were the only people that ordered within that 20 minutes and we were the only ones waiting for food.. We asked where the food was and the person rudely said the name was called out and it was his fault for not getting his food. The staff was extremely unprofessional which is the norm at this location. This happened this morning, the gentleman that was extremely rude was a shorter blonde hair man that seemed to be taking out his frustration on us.

On the inside it looks nice... but honestly it was 3x the cost and not even half as good as Starbucks. Took 25 minutes to get my coffee and then another 20 for my food. After waiting almost an hour for the food, naturally we were ready to leave. Only to be told that if we wanted to take our food with us, I'd have to pay a fee... Wouldn't have minded paying the silly fee if they didn't also need me to go to the back of the line just to wait even longer to pay for my, now takeout.Maybe the "Bar" part of the name is why people go. Can't be because the "Coffee"...

I was having a terrible day (slipped down my driveway with my torn ACL) and Coffeebar made me the most wonderful iced vanilla latte. I think I would've cried if it wasn't good. It was fantastic and greatly improved my day. They also have real plastic straws which made it even more delicious.

We try to make a stop at our favorite coffee shop in Truckee. It's become more popular in the past years that I think they opened a new location, too. They upped their merchandise game also with more branded items for this location. Ordered the seasonal cider, latte, grilled cheese and burrito. All were good, but be informed that if you take it to go, there will be a charge. If I had known and if I had time, I'd probably would have eaten in to enjoy the space too. The little chocolate donut like thing was the highlight of my order, thinking I should have gotten two. Next time.

coffee is just ok, but for the prices that they charge, they should fill the coffee up. I have gone to this establishment twice now and both times my coffee hasn't been filled up fully. it's only about 3/4 full.
