This place is awesome! Staff is great and friendly and service is always with a smile. They have what you need to stock up for your stay and have a great selection of beer for your fun as well. Food is great, especially anything involving the brisket. Try the brisket breakfast burrito, you will not be disappointed!

Copper Lane has the best food and service in the entire village. Everything is costly but at least here you get the bang for your buck!!!! It can get very busy, but the hospitality and customer service are appreciated. The employees go out of their way to accommodate customers! This is not a fast food restaurant but it still serves up promptly! I wasn't surprised to learn, all the baked goods and breads are made in-house as well as smoked
Meats and specialties by a fabulous chef! I loved all the cute gifts as well as the healthy selections of groceries and treats. If your Looking for a sit-down or a quick breakfast or lunch that is gourmet, alongside a cute family-owned store, this is your stop!

We all know this is going to be overpriced. I was hoping the food would be good, it was just ok. If you have stuff at home for a sandwich, just make a sandwich. Definitely skip the fries.

(Summer time)
The ham and swiss panini with the fig jam is pretty awesome and filling!
To preface the -1 star, I was at the tail-end of the lunch rush and there was only one guy making the sandwiches. It did take about 50min from ordering to get three sandos, but they're tasty enough I'd still go back (just before lunch this time).

Great store with amazing breakfast/lunch

Northstar's boutique grocer, literally a staple of the Northstar community. Offering sundries, a deli, and draft beers. Their little deli puts out the best food in Northstar from their house made English muffins and sausage patties for the best breakfast sandwich in Tahoe, to the house made Pastrami on marbled rye for Lunch. They also host a surprisingly popping Apres scene.

We had breakfast here as it’s only of the only options at the resort. The food was subpar, and service was absolutely horrible. We asked them to warm up a pastry and they spent 15 minutes warming it, for us to realize that it took so long because they left our warmed
pastry in the microwave for 15 minutes. This is happening while we watch the chef in the back drinking coffee in his spare time.

We stopped in to poke around and see what there was for t-shirts, etc. It was more food, toiletries, etc. than it was clothes or souvenirs. It was a nice shop, but just not what we were expecting!

More than you expect! Coffee house, little bit bakery, wine selection so grab a bottle or 2 to relax after skiing, snacks, over the counter medicines, souvenirs. Easy stop on way to catch shuttle back to condos

After spending $14 for a roll of paper towel and a 4-pack toilet paper (all of the lowest quality) plus a soda, I asked if they had plastic bags (which would be great considering it's a very wet snow season), the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and said "Oh we don't do plastic bags here." Then, the pos machine asked for tips starting at 18%, which I don't believe many have ever seen at a convenient store... Just yet another moment that reminds me why I left California...Follow-up to the reply of the owner: Apparently we have different definitions of quality of toilet papers. With thin toilet papers, in order to avoid getting your hands soiled, one needs to use more layers and that won't save the environment.Regarding plastic bags, plastic can be almost 100% recycled with modern technologies, and they don't require cutting trees. As for the pos machine, California is the citadel of software engineering and it's just hilarious that pos machines here can't tell cafe customers from supply shoppers based on what they are buying. Finally, trust me, if I had a choice, I'd rather never return to CA.

Bought a 4 pack of beers for the patio, my 2 friends were arriving a little later so I asked if I could keep tge other 2 beers in the fridge. She rudely said no, I cant let you do that, gave no reason. It was totally dead, noone else around. Why?

Sure there is a Safeway and a Raley’s close by, but sometimes you just don’t want to get in the car. Very convenient location. I think we went twice a day while staying here! They have a lot of items that fit several diets. I am wheat, soy and peanut free (minimal dairy) and they had plenty of things I could buy there. The iced chai latte with almond milk is delicious. My husband ordered an iced mocha everyday! He doesn’t drink coffee but once a month - maybe! I tried a sip, hands down best mocha I’ve had. My husband and friend had breakfast there one day and they said it was also really good.Prices are what you would expect for a specialty market in a resort village. I don’t mind paying extra considering how convenient it is - and how good the drinks are! *I also shop at Whole Foods - so I wasn’t in price shock.Dee and Sarah and very friendly!
