This place is a perfect example of pure greed. They do not care about the experience of the customer. They cram the place full of junk to sell so that nobody can move at the eating area. They allowed a woman to sit at the table with a dog on the stool and the dog was eating off the table. Food isn't bad but is expensive.

I built my own sandwich and I felt the price was very reasonable. Everything is made to go but there is a space to eat there. There's also a water station by the place where you pick up the coffee, which I used to refill my water bottles. It's also a little grocery store which is convenient. Also the gallon of water from the grocery section was $5 and the water bottles were around 3-5 bucks each from the fridge in case you're thinking of buying water like my friends and I did.

More than you expect! Coffee house, little bit bakery, wine selection so grab a bottle or 2 to relax after skiing, snacks, over the counter medicines, souvenirs. Easy stop on way to catch shuttle back to condos

They literally have the best Reuben in the world. The meat was delicately smoked; nestled in a sandwiched that was perfectly toasted. Run don't walk to this place

My family loves Copper Lane! Very well-stocked for a compact little store with high quality goods, a nice selection of wine, and even gifts and toys for the kids. The owner is super nice, and the vibe is always casual and welcoming. Copper Lane has saved us many times over the past few years (e.g when we realized we were out of something while cooking or baking), so we are super grateful to have it nearby as our local convenience store! Thank you, Copper Lane!

After spending $14 for a roll of paper towel and a 4-pack toilet paper (all of the lowest quality) plus a soda, I asked if they had plastic bags (which would be great considering it's a very wet snow season), the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes and said "Oh we don't do plastic bags here." Then, the pos machine asked for tips starting at 18%, which I don't believe many have ever seen at a convenient store... Just yet another moment that reminds me why I left California...Follow-up to the reply of the owner: Apparently we have different definitions of quality of toilet papers. With thin toilet papers, in order to avoid getting your hands soiled, one needs to use more layers and that won't save the environment.Regarding plastic bags, plastic can be almost 100% recycled with modern technologies, and they don't require cutting trees. As for the pos machine, California is the citadel of software engineering and it's just hilarious that pos machines here can't tell cafe customers from supply shoppers based on what they are buying. Finally, trust me, if I had a choice, I'd rather never return to CA.

Bought a 4 pack of beers for the patio, my 2 friends were arriving a little later so I asked if I could keep tge other 2 beers in the fridge. She rudely said no, I cant let you do that, gave no reason. It was totally dead, noone else around. Why?

Incredible house-brewed chai makes for an outstanding dirty chai latte with great service.

Sure there is a Safeway and a Raley’s close by, but sometimes you just don’t want to get in the car. Very convenient location. I think we went twice a day while staying here! They have a lot of items that fit several diets. I am wheat, soy and peanut free (minimal dairy) and they had plenty of things I could buy there. The iced chai latte with almond milk is delicious. My husband ordered an iced mocha everyday! He doesn’t drink coffee but once a month - maybe! I tried a sip, hands down best mocha I’ve had. My husband and friend had breakfast there one day and they said it was also really good.Prices are what you would expect for a specialty market in a resort village. I don’t mind paying extra considering how convenient it is - and how good the drinks are! *I also shop at Whole Foods - so I wasn’t in price shock.Dee and Sarah and very friendly!

A group of us went here this morning for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The Hispanic lady who acted in charge was rude and confrontational. She messed up orders and was rude to her workers. She even went to the extreme of wanting to get into a verbal altercation outside while we ate all because she misheard that we wanted cream cheese on our English muffins instead of butter for our toddler. I was also told by some in our group that she would try to tell them what they were going to order instead of listening. This place has a hostile, confrontational, and unwelcoming vibe. We will NEVER be going back here again.

Holy smokes, Copper Lane is an oasis at Northstar! Hours are flexible so I can get a breakfast burrito before the first run of the day, and I can grab a cold one before leaving. They seem to have everything I need. Maybe too much hahahaha! I don't leave a lot of reviews, it takes something truly bad or super outstanding for me to do so. At Copper - it's good! the people behind the counter are so friendly, very service oriented, always making me feel welcome. And y'all - if you have the chance to eat food prepared by Travis - DO IT. He's a great cook and a super chill human being. At Copper my belly is full, I'm hydrated, maybe a little Advil... all with a smile. I feel good after a full day at Northstar.... I feel great after leaving Copper Lane. 5 stars!

During our week stay at Northstar, we stopped here every day. All of the employees were very friendly and very helpful. Also, the chef made us the most delicious tofu breakfast burritos. The food in the village is pretty mediocre overall, so I was pleasantly surprised by the food at this small cafe/grocery store.

The only business open in the Northstar Village during a four-day blizzard and for all the marooned, snowed-in people: this was it. Nobody was able to leave for two days, but nobody needed to go Donner Party on anyone either - the shelves were well-stocked. The owners planned ahead with purchasing and scheduling staff, who were all efficient and friendly. Though it was crowded, it never felt like the wait was long. We got the fixings for a huge pasta dinner and some good and reasonably-priced wine and beer. The whole experience
