This is such a cute and delicious bakery in the heart of downtown Truckee! You can order baked goods to go or sit down in the restaurant. I did both and highly recommend both experiences! They make an incredible vanilla latte and their baked goods are just SO GOOD!

I went here because of another review that said there were plenty of gluten-free options, but there are essentially no gluten-free options here (unlike practically every other coffee shop and bakery in town). The barista said sometimes they have gluten-free scones, but they were out (at 9:00 a.m.). The only gluten-free option was chocolate cake! Seating is very limited.
Dietary restrictions: Not good for a dietary restrictions. No gluten free or vegan options.

Breakfast felt a little on the pricey side for what it was but it was obviously cooked up fresh. Assortment of cookies were thoroughly enjoyed not long after.

The everything croissant was the BEST croissant of my life.
Excellent birthday cake. Unfortunately the name was spelled incorrectly.

These little treats were amazing. Not a bad option. The bakery was next to our hotel and we were able to grab a quick bite before going to ski. The berry galette was my personal favorite.

Stopped here for a quick cup of tea and a pastry and was pleasantly surprised by this bakery! We tried 3 of the cookie flavors and they were all fantastic… crisp edges, chewy middles and perfect balance of sweetness and flavor.
We also tried the gluten free carrot cake cupcake, you couldn’t even tell it was GF! The almond scone was delicious and moist.
If you’re looking for a sweet treat and a nice hot drink, I’d definitely recommend this spot!

bad lemon bar, dirty behind the bar, better than Starbucks
The baked goods here are wonderful, with plenty of gluten-free options. The coffee is excellent, and the service is amazing.

Great cinnamon Sugar knot but crappy disinterested service staff. Espresso coffee was pretty horrid - I think using the same stuff as the filter coffee and it tasted nasty. Cute store but needs to up its game.

Yummy loafs and great service!
I stopped in for breakfast and had the Salmon Hash with eggs. This was the best damn breakfast I think i've ever had. It sounds like a strange combo, even after having eaten it, but my God was it good. I'm tempted to ride back there just to have it again.

I felt cheated about the turkish eggs. Turkish eggs have poached eggs but they gave an omelette. Not cool.
Please fix your restroom too. It’s broken.

Popped in for a couple quick baked goods, and wow were they tasty! I’m used to bakery goods being dry, but the pumpkin scone was anything but that. It was moist and spiced, not too sweet with a yummy glaze to add the sweetness. Also tried a salted toffee cookie, that that was so soft, chewy, and extremely flavorful. I would come here again to try more menu items.
