I wish I could give 10 stars because Jen was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, so healthy/fresh and all 14 of the women on our bachelorette were blown away - the local gals all asked for Jen’s contact info to use her for future events.Jen catered multiple events for us, was a dream to work with and made the weekend so special!!

Oh my gosh. This was some of the best food I have ever had. My parents went on a day out, and when they came back, this was the place they could not stop talking about. At that point, I had to try it for myself. The positive vibes and delicious food just make this an incredibly fun and refreshing dining experience. If you are visiting anywhere in Lake Tahoe, I recommend making the drive to Truckee and enjoy this restaurant as well as the other hidden gems Truckee has to offer. The 20 hour tri tip was cooked to perfection. I don't think I have ever had a better piece of meat in my life. Jen is also such a wonderful person to be around. She radiates sunshine and happiness and always has a super fun and interesting story to tell. Also, the menu changes weekly, so be sure to come when you can! If I could, I would leave this restaurant a 9 out of 5. Don't hesitate to stop by and have a fantastic meal!!

Our take out Thanksgiving dinner 2022 was outstanding. The various Turkey offerings were just the best. The sides added so much flavor. And we even had the Green Beans with Almonds, that was my mother's favorite years ago. Thank you for making this such a special Thanksgiving !

This isn't a review about the food, it's about the owner and chef. THEY ARE AMAZING HUMANS! Jen and John are full of great energy and have well rounded palates. They have a complex sense of humor but open up nicely after they have been decanted for an hour or so. All in all great people and I would eat anything they cook. #notapaidreview

A "fresh" surprise! The ribs were tender and fell off the bone! The salmon pizza was fresh and yummy! The sushi bowl was perfect. A great twist on sushi fresh is the key word! Quinoa salad and broccoli was the best! The service was friendly and relaxing. A wonderful way to start our weekend! thank you!
We Love Fuddhism! The Food is outrageously great. Jen & her staff cater our Thursday afternoon Rotary meetings here in Truckee & attendance has gone up due to her consistently awesome cuisine. I recommend Fuddhism to anyone looking for a great dinner OR catering an event or party! Yay Jen!

Love the various menu options. Most of the dishes are displayed so you can see and choose what you wish to have. I work ckose by so I love the grab and go of healthy fresh foods ie beet salad, crab cakes, cauliflower cakes, meatballs, various salad choices.

Clearly, a lot of love has been put into this place. I had a grilled peach salad, smoked salmon, red pepper risotto, cucumber melon salad, and a chocolate torte, and all of it was perfect. The chef nails it. On top of that, the owner is the coolest lady. Took care of us, joked around with us, and made us feel welcome. Overall wonderful experience. Thanks Jen!

Incredibly tasty food and a totally ecletic yet zen vibe at this hidden culinary gem in Truckee! Chefs Jen and John create food miracles for your palate and the menu changes weekly. This week they are offering tasty bites with a range of Phillipino flavors - what a treat for vegans and meat lovers alike! It is very reasonably priced, portions are just right, too. We went for "light lunch" but everything was sooo tasty that we ended up having appetizers, main course, desserts and drinks, so we were set for the rest of the day. If I had Michelin stars to give, I would give them to these two chefs. Until then, they'll have to settle for my 5 star review :) Head there at once, you will enjoy every minute of it!
