I know prices reflect it's on a ski slope in a ritz Carlton, but menu is limited and it's crazy expensive relative to quality of food. My tenderloin here is medium rare. That being said, I will eat here again next time we are skiing at the ritz.

Speechless. The service was so bad even unfriendly could say. There is no greeting, no asking how are we doing, no pouring water, whatever. We even need to call waiters ourselves to order meal. The waiter basically leave the menu with us and leave us by ourselves. What's worse, they even confused with our order and we have to remind them. No mention of the waiting time for the food. Worst experience ever

We stopped at Manzanita for an after dinner dessert and drinks. Starting for the beautiful ride on the gondola under the stars all the way to the outstanding decor and service at Manzanita - we loved the experience! And look forward to book it for dinner! The kitchen is in full view. Their cellar spectacular! We even found Tocai!

Sub-par. Not sure why this restaurant is in a Ritz Carlton.

Beautiful place, menu was not very impressive but once the food came in, it was all worth it! Our server Gaby was very polite, serving with a smile on her face the whole time. Everyone was very polite and we had an amazing experience.

The menu looks very simple, so I wasn't super excited when booking a table, but WOW! The food is great! A simple menu with food prepared perfectly. It is a restaurant to save for special memories, such as a ski trip with friends and family.

This Ritz Carlton is very different from the one in Beaver Creek. Very quiet, family oriented, and not much is happening après-ski.The good, you have the whole bar to yourself until the dinner crowd kicks in. An awesome spot to wait out the traffic and casual chat with the Argentinian staff. Drinks are good and the chili is worth the money when compared to the others in the resort. They also have a mini buffet for kids. I wish I was one, but I wouldn't be able to enjoy the vesper nor 1493, and it's worth it!The bad, the reason it's quiet is because the location is rather hidden. Not near the base of any chairlift. You can only access either via the beginner lift or the gondola to get there. The ugly, price is $$$$$$$. You will need to be able to stomach the price to fill your stomach!

The service was great! Our server was very sweet. It's beautiful inside and very clean and relaxing. I think the food is good, not really memorable, but slightly overpriced for what you get. My favorite was probably the side salad and the apple dessert. The truffle potato that was a side of the venison was also delicious!

This is a great date night or special occasion restaurant as it's upscale but with a casual mountain vibe. The service is superior and the food is seasonal and eclectic. The menu is not extensive but the food is excellent and has something for everyone to enjoy. We ordered a couple of appetizers and sides to share and each got our own entree. Everything was plated beautifully and visually appealing. They present a complimentary first round of focaccia ($2.50 per slice after that) and a complimentary spiced tea to enjoy alongside it. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff made sure to acknowledge it with a special dessert plate and candle. My favorite dish of the night was the 72 hour short rib. It was cooked perfectly, not fatty, and garnished with delicious sauces and micro greens. In addition, there was a fun dessert that looked like a campfire.

Wonderful food, great service, better every time I visit. Fantastic wine list pairs well with food. Truffle mashed potatoes are spectacular.

The service was great and friendly. The food mediocre. The chicken sausage was so dry and lacked flavor. The pork sausage was also so dry. Eggs asked for fried it basically was not fried. The French toast was good crust but came with caramel which was just added nothing but overpowered by too much sweet.
