Ordered thru the mobile app and they wouldn’t open to give me my order that I had paid for. Had to go through the drive through and order and pay for the entire thing again.

Mr McDonald would be ashamed of his name above this place. Staff are rude including the manager and they are full of excuses of what is not available.Could not even get a shake "I have a new excuse" the checker told me. Bathroom is broken and unsanitary. Dead mouse on the floor. There is no pride in anyone who works here from the ground up.

Went there a 3 today orderd a 2 b fry large tea They gave me Chicken nuggets.i told them i want a 2 b so they take food back then gave me two Cheeseburgers Then they were b******* cause I needed a receipt with the guy at the window when I paid. Did not give me one, this is the worst McDonald's. Ever been to understanding English would really help. And this is not the first time this hard. Is it to understand A2B, which is a bacon cheeseburger? If you want bad service, go to the drive through.Cause it sucks.

Mice outside at the backdoor and men's bathroom sink handle broken off! If there is no way for men to wash their hands after using the bathroom... I would definitely not eat here.

Ordered through the drive through. The lady was unprofessional during the ordering process. While I was trying to order she was having side concerns with other staff members, not work related and I could hear through the outside speaker. She would not even tell me to hold on, she would just keep talking. When I got my food it was cold.
