I was lucky enough to get dinner here one night while in Tahoe for winter wondergrass. Easily the best burger I’ve ever had! I can only hope for something similar to come to Denver someday. I had full intentions of taking a picture of the bun mi burger before I ate it, but it went down too quickly!

This is by far one of the top BEST food trucks I have ever eaten at. They deserve to has a Michellen star. Ray is extremely fanominal in prepping his food and presenting it to his customers. There menu is refreshing and very tasteful. A must to try if you are in the Tahoe area. Cheers

AMAZING food, so good! We had the Loco Moco, and Bun Mi Burger. Everything was so fresh, tasty, and exploding with flavor. This food is made with PURE love, no doubt. Served fast and friendly, how do you beat that?!

That Loco Moco has my heart though:). Great portion size. Easy location as well to swing by and pick up some awesome food, go get it!!

The burger I got was pink and disgusting. I took out the patty just ate the veggies, sauce and bun. That was fine but too expensive for no patty.

Great asian flavors with a vegetarian menu. The first time I tried them we got a Loco Moco and a Banh Mi. Both were really good, the Banh mi was a bit smaller than expected but the Loco Moco was a good size. Such a nice flavor from each though. The coconut rice on the Loco Moco really pulls everything together so well. This time we got their banh mi burger, a kali bowl and patatas bravas. Now I'm not a salad fan at all, but damn, that Kali Bowl is so good! Everything in the bowl blends so well together and the dressing is nice and light. I love their take on patatas bravas, I'd put that wasabi aioli on everything. The banh mi burger is a fun take on the sandwich, and I almost think I like it better. The pickled veggies and the beyond patty and seasoning are delicious. I'm looking forward to continuing support of this new food truck, especially with very few asian influenced flavors here in Osos.
New food truck in Los Osos. A bit hard to see what they're actually serving up as you drive by, but touting "Vegetarian Pacific Rim Flavors". (pic of menu attached) If you like Shine Cafe in Morro Bay, this is a good Los Osos option. Not quite as tasty but fresh, clean, healthy food. Lentil beans have a great flavor.

Really excited for this company to be in Osos for a while, tons of potential and they're still working out the local menu options. Really friendly, paid with card, and food took probably less than 10 minutes. Online ordering not available yet but that will be a great option if they can. The 'bun mi' I would not order again; the beyond sausage and bun really didn't go well with the flavors and was a bit smaller than expected. The 'loco moto' was pretty good, kimchi was great, and the sweet sauce brought the dish together well. Hoping they bring their naan mi with the jackfruit pulled pork and their patatas bravas both looked amazing on their website. Reasonable prices $8-13 looking forward to trying them again as they add some other items and fine tune their menu.

I think this spot has a lot of potential, but overall the food was Ok. We got the wok noodles and while the omelette was quite nice, the noodles were under seasoned and the dish was pretty greasy. We also got the guava drink and it was significantly overpriced for what you get. We didn't feel great afterwards, likely because of the qty of oil used. These were the only items we got so I can't speak to the rest of the menu, but hope they tweak these a bit to make the dishes a better value.
