This place has multiple negative reviews for their door dash service. Missing food items, mixed up orders missing ingredients etc. I’ve ordered twice with them and both times I had missing food to my order! I even called them to verify my order before the dasher pickup and they did not pick up their phone. The refund on door dash should be higher regardless of this stupid mistake on their part was intentional or accidental. This is a recurring issue they have as a business!

Everyone was friendly. Food took over 20 minutes and they offered us a free drink while we were waiting but we denied it. Just got home to eat and our 2 orders of spring rolls and 2 orders of Rangoons are not here. We spent $100 for a mediocre dinner. Just tried to call them to let them know - even though we should have double checked our order before leaving as we live 45 minutes away and there is nothing they can do. Super bummed!

Really busy line moves fast. The only thing I have an issue with is not being able to see the entrée 's before you have to order place was so packed you couldn't wiggle your way over to see what they offered.

Well it's still winter around these parts ... that being said chain control over the pass has west bound trucks and cars turned around at donner lake. It's Friday pay day but I can't get there and I'm hungry craving panda and I Flippin found one in Truckee , ca probably never would have known if I hadn't gotten turned back into Truckee. They were awesome friendly and understand in my situation and I just want them all to know i appreciate their service and I will be back soon .

2 visits. More than 10 visits at other locations. This is reliable and predictable Chinese fast food American style. This is my go to convenience food stop when I don't want a burger. Stay away from their gift cards. They have service fees and I also lost 3 gift cards to fraud.
Love this Panda. Tahoe needs just a handful of faster food options and this place is perfect. Not really any Chinese around the lake so I consider this place a treat. Employees here are always SOOOOOOOOO NICE.

I got to panda once a week and the food is basic. What you would expect nothing good but not bad either. The is disappointing is how stingy the employee seem to be with the food servings. I ordered beef and broccoli and I kid you not I get 4 pieces of broccoli and hardly any meat. For what the employees are getting paid you'd think they'd care a bit more.
