I had the Panda Express app, and thought that I had the 20% off discount, but I didn’t know that the discount only applied for first time sign ups on the app. The discount didn’t apply to me and that was fine. My boyfriend never had the app, so he asked if he could use his discount to our order. Jose Roman (I assume this is his name because he was drinking off a purple water bottle with a label on it. He was also a skinny man with a beard) said no. My bf asked if we could just cancel the order and then use the app, he goes “no I can’t” in a rude tone and was rushing us. I shrugged it off. Shortly after getting our order, they forgot to give my bf the teriyaki sauce and the sweet and sour sauce. When he asked for it, the big girl worker had an attitude as if we were asking so much from her. Really bad service. I work in business, and i’m not the type to write reviews but this was a ridiculous experience. The only one who really was nice to us was the tall man without the beard

I went in there to get a pretty decent sized order that I placed online.I was late by 30 mins but the food (specifically the orange chicken)had never been this dry before. employees dismissed me ignored me and then they all tried to talk about me in Spanish not realizing I was Hispanic as welI I asked asked for 5 plates and I'm sure they will know who I am when they read this review, I was told to go to the back of the line, I told the young man I've already paid for my food and I have it already I just needed 5 plates, instead I was only given two. and a handful of utensil packets no napkins either which was was requested the app as well

This place has multiple negative reviews for their door dash service. Missing food items, mixed up orders missing ingredients etc. I’ve ordered twice with them and both times I had missing food to my order! I even called them to verify my order before the dasher pickup and they did not pick up their phone. The refund on door dash should be higher regardless of this stupid mistake on their part was intentional or accidental. This is a recurring issue they have as a business!
Everyone was friendly. Food took over 20 minutes and they offered us a free drink while we were waiting but we denied it. Just got home to eat and our 2 orders of spring rolls and 2 orders of Rangoons are not here. We spent $100 for a mediocre dinner. Just tried to call them to let them know - even though we should have double checked our order before leaving as we live 45 minutes away and there is nothing they can do. Super bummed!

Really busy line moves fast. The only thing I have an issue with is not being able to see the entrée 's before you have to order place was so packed you couldn't wiggle your way over to see what they offered.
