Sam was our bartender and she was great. So kind and welcoming. We walked in right after the kitchen closed and she went back to see if they could make our food (they did!). We really appreciated her. This was our last night in Tahoe and I’m glad we came here. I ordered the New Orleans friend chicken and the red beans and rice were great. The burger was ok but the Caesar salad with salmon was 100/10! The way they cooked that salmon?! Shout out to the chef for real. It was crispy...
Seriously best burger in Truckee. Great bar and great vibes. Historic preservation main house is great, but the cottage house is awesome. Great place to unwind after a day on the mountain
Absolutely loved the burger here. We split a burger and duck fat fries, which was the right move. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were delicious as well.
Perfect for after a hike, right in the center of downtown Truckee. Great environment to hang out and have a casual meal. Huge fan of this spot, would recommend!
