I ordered to go so can’t speak for dine in however I have never had a better pizza in my life. I got the chicken bacon bbq pizza and I’m actually sad I’ll likely never get to come here again to eat it again lol.

Food was ok. Pizza was a little thicker than I like but tasted good. Hummus was great. Service was super slow but they were slammed with large crowds. The manager made it up to us and that was really nice of them. Atmosphere is really nice as it's in the village and there's live music and it's a nice place to hang out

The apple pecan salad was so good except for the yucky cheese on it. Please change it or have the option for a different goat cheese. The classic marinara pizza and calamari were good too.

Amazing chicken and bbq pizza on a beautiful night. We sat outside and they had great live music and it was an absolute perfect experience.
Our family came to eat lunch here over the 4th of July weekend. We were seated quickly and the service was awesome. My kids loved their cheese and pepperoni pizzas. My wife and I had the Smoky BBQ chicken pizza and thought it was great. Their take on the paper plane cocktail was also tasty. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the Northstar area.

Walked in on a slow day everyone was saying hi I sat at the bar and was served some garlic cheese bread and ravioli was all delicious the bartender was very nice the atmosphere was great also definitely recommend going to rubicon!!

Now, let’s not get delusional — this isn’t Naples. You’re not sitting under a fig tree while Nonna flings dough in the air with a cigarette dangling from her lip. The pizza is a little pricey… but so is breathing at a ski resort. In this context, it’s a damn bargain. And more importantly, it's good. Especially the Thai chicken pizza, which sounds like something you’d scoff at at first glance — chicken, lemon, and white sauce? Sounds like a food court mistake. But it works. It’s weird in all the right ways. Like David Bowie in the '70s.
And let’s talk wings. I don't know what deal they made with the devil, but those things are crispy, spicy perfection. The kind of wings you order with full knowledge that you're going to destroy a napkin, your dignity, and still lick your fingers afterward. The salads? They have no business being that fresh or creative. Who comes to a pizza joint at a ski resort and says, “You know what? I’ll have the salad”? Well, at Rubicon, you wouldn’t be wrong.
