I love this Starbucks! Everyone is always happy to serve you, and the drinks and food never take long! They get my order right EVERY time, and I've never had a bad coffee here! A great spot for my morning coffee every once in a while!

Good location, close to AE EV chargers, It's super busy. Very popular for drive through customers leaving Tahoe. We purchased in-store and our drinks took much longer than at most Starbucks, and no fault of the staff, they were all working like machines but I counted at least 5 sets of orders delivered between us and the couple who were in the line before us . Most were drive through and some mobile orders. So if you're in a hurry, order online before you start to walk to the place. Bathrooms were reasonably clean too. Our drinks were prepared just as we requested. We would go again - just plan ahead during busy travel times such as labor day weekend etc.

I put 5 stars on atmosphere because they got baddie latinas working there. Upper management is evil to them though treat my girls better.
Took a while which is totally fine. We ordered chai lattes which had little to no flavor whatsoever. We were also charged “25 cent cup fee” for the chais, we did not get water cups. Wouldn’t recommend.

Asked for a pink drink with cold fome and didn’t get cold fome. I asked the worker to add some fome and she didn’t. told me there was some on there and ignored me.!
