When I placed a simple order for a piece of chocolate pistachio cake, he incorrectly told me I needed to go back to the line to order again, despite the fact that I was already at the counter picking up my first order. Processing this request would have taken him only about a minute, yet he chose to ignore the opportunity to assist efficiently, ultimately risking the loss of my business.

I ordered a trenta water and she gave me a tall. The cups cost around the same, and if they were out of stock they could give me a vinti. I ordered a large espresso drink too. I offset the caffeine this way. They should be regulated since caffeine is a drug. If they want to be cheap on a cup of water then regulate them and tax them higher.
Kind of a side note. There were only women working. I think there should be more diversity on the team. I’d notice the same if it were all guys. I think some of this has to do with homogenization of the team.

The best Starbucks ever! Amazing staff, super sweet, kind, and fast and efficient! Left my coffee mug that I bought there, called them, and it was still there. They offered to void the transaction or ship it to me. So sweet!

I love this Starbucks! Everyone is always happy to serve you, and the drinks and food never take long! They get my order right EVERY time, and I've never had a bad coffee here! A great spot for my morning coffee every once in a while!

Good location, close to AE EV chargers, It's super busy. Very popular for drive through customers leaving Tahoe. We purchased in-store and our drinks took much longer than at most Starbucks, and no fault of the staff, they were all working like machines but I counted at least 5 sets of orders delivered between us and the couple who were in the line before us . Most were drive through and some mobile orders. So if you're in a hurry, order online before you start to walk to the place. Bathrooms were reasonably clean too. Our drinks were prepared just as we requested. We would go again - just plan ahead during busy travel times such as labor day weekend etc.
