I am writing to inquire about the closure of your location on this beautiful Sunday snowing day. Despite the presence of an hour-detail decal indicating that the lobby is open until 7:30 pm, it is currently closed, 4:36 pm.
I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but I would appreciate it if you could clarify the reason for this closure by posting on the door or window.

My review is because of the caring manager,as I misplaced my phone. She was compassionate & understanding. The worker I ordered our drinks from was outgoing & friendly. Yes,it took 15 minutes to get our drinks. Having the app.that orders are made makes them busy.

At this Starbucks you might want to know you have a 50 percent chance they will get your order right. When you ask the Brista to make your drink again and it’s worse, you don’t ask them to make it a third time, you ask for your money back

Passed by here on the afternoon of Thursday September 19th, 2024 (09/19/2024), I used my Starbucks e-gift card to purchase a cup of coffee. By the way, I was driving to Reno from Sacramento.
The place was packed which I understand most Starbucks are. We waited 45 minutes to get our order. They completely forgot my drink altogether, but luckily my wife got hers. I was so over it I didn't ask for them to correct the order. I just hopped in my car and left. The baristas, in a room full of what was probably 45 people, were speaking in normal conversational voice when they announced who's order it was. . It was so bad every time they would say a name, 5-10 people would walk up and put their hands all over the cups to check the name to see if it was theirs? I do not recommend this Starbucks at all.

They kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes, I started to record a story for Instagram and the store manager came up to me and told me that I couldn't record because I made the workers nervous. My order hadn't been delivered yet. to complain and it was ready a while ago and they didn't even call me
