Really cool place in Truckee. If you rent a house in the area like I did it’s very nice and peaceful
Nice always
Empty mid week
A great place for the whole family. The playgrounds have structures for kids of all ages. And who doesn't love Pizza on the Hill with outdoor dining!!!
Great activities to do with friends as well as great tennis courts and lessons.
Water extremely cold. People could not get in.
Chargers worked as advertised
My family visited the “Snowplay” area on Saturday 2/6/21. Aside from about 4 employees who seemed to actually care about their job and the people there- the staff was rude and dismissive. There was a brunette young female that was helping at the tubing slope (left side) who carelessly threw the handle right at my husbands face after pushing him down. Her “sorry” was very nonchalant. That same female pushed my THREE YEAR OLD into the side net and the rubber mat that was all scrunched up. He almost fell out! All she said was “oops”. The employee standing a few feet away cared more than she did. Mind you, this is not only our first time at this business but my children’s 1st time ever in snow. On the sledding side the gentlemen “helping” on BOTH sides were absolutely NO HELP AT ALL. I nudged my husband down and because this was also my first time sledding I sent my child down a few seconds after his dad. It was then that the larger Caucasian male decided to say “one at a time!” He was standing RIGHT THERE as I was counting down to release my son and chose not to say anything until after I released him. Needless to say- WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I put the roof on that place so it's good
free WiFi, book exchange, Pizza on the Hill restaurant and a 120" screen for Wii or sports on TV. Outside is a playground, volleyball and bocce courts, swimming pool, archery, etc.
