They are so nice, and their food is delicious. They messed up on my order once and got me a free meal the next time I came in. Thanks Wongs Garden!

I’m telling you all. DO NOT EAT HERE! Period. It may be the only Chinese in truckee. But you take a good chance of getting sick. Ate their food and it wasn’t pleasant for 2 days. It wrecked me. Never. Ever again. They will we gone soon. Maybe they can change. But the empty aquarium that’s covered in mold and smells might tell you something.

Been coming here for many years. The staff is great and the food always fresh and authentic. They have one of the best hot and sour soups I've ever experienced!

Descent Chinese food, mostly Cantonese, but with a few Szechuan dishes. Very ample portions served cheerfully by owning family members.

This restaurant is underrated, the food we ordered were all yummy. Loved their veggies delight, veggie fried rice, cashew shrimp, sichuan chicken (its spicy to take note..!) My family were all satisfied plus the service woman is friendly.

I ordered takeout twice over the last few years. Both times, I had moderate diarrhea. The staff is nice and I want to like Wong's Garden but my experiences make me question their food. I wonder where they source the food they sell? I wish Wong's good fortune, but I will not be returning.

What can I say, it's a solid, unpretentious, run of the mill Chinese joint. Been eating here for years. Consistently satisfactory. If you're looking for fine dining, you're in the wrong place, but it's a big step up from Panda.

I particularly like the orange chicken and sesame chicken. Their house chow mein and pot stickers are great also.

Service and atmosphere are a little rough around the edges, but this place has been a staple since back when Truckee was also a little rough around the edges.

Happy they're still here, but I wish there were still fish in the fish tank!

This is one of our favorites. The hot and sour soup is the best I've ever had. Oh and the pot stickers! And egg rolls. And the szechuan chicken! Okay basically everything here is amazing.

Terrible food. Barely edible.

Food was edible but barely warm. They must have made it ahead of time but at least they didn’t over cook the vegetables! Slow service with only 2 tables occupied, pretty sad for a Saturday
It took forever to get our food, Togo containers and our bill. The restaurant was dark with a huge dirty unoccupied fish tank above the booths. It looked like the front half of the restaurant was used as storage We won’t be going back.

I really wanted to like this place but it was a huge disappointment. The noodles in the vegetable chowmein were way overcooked and just didn't taste good. The vegetables also overcooked were void of asian vegetables like basic snow peas. The veg rice didn't taste good to me. The sweet and sour chicken was fine. Over all not my cup of tea. The search for good Chinese food continues.
