I'm going to tell you the reason I gave Arsenio restaurant all five stars; the customer service was great. Whoever the individual that I talk to through the drive-thru intercom was very respectful very clear, and he made me feel welcome there. In terms of the atmosphere, it was great, clean and just overall wonderful atmosphere. The last part is the reason that I chose Arsenio. Always tale care of is! One of the BEST burritos in the Valley! Chili Verde Potatoes Beans and cheese any time of the day Ask to have it cut in half because it is so big and you can save the rest for later. Always want to please. Drive thru is the best

Came here because I was in Tulare and wanted Mexican. They have a drive thru which is super convenient. The food is good. In the order I got Chile verde nachos and Taquitos which have saucy item on top. I asked if they could separate and the staff did a phenomenal job. My food was crispy! Highly recommend. Great food and even better customer service.
